We had a mould issue and the day I called John came out a.s.a.p which was nice after a different company didn't bother to show up. John was very nice and knowledgeable. We thought the quote was too high for the amount of work they were going to do and it would be left open for the other work.. husband and I weren't comfortable with an open wall and open ended quote so we didn't use this company.

Where do I begin to write a review for a person and a company that went so far beyond the call of duty for us, under the most difficult of times and circumstances? I’m talking about Joseph Hull of ServoPro Edmonton Southside..My mother-in-law passed away in Edmonton and we live in Ontario. Being so far away and having no one close by, available to help us, Joey stepped up and assisted us with every possible thing that we needed, even if it was outside of their normal scope of services. He was there at every turn and helped us with every special request, due to the difficult circumstances we faced. If it weren’t for Joey and ServPro, we don’t know what we would have done. He answered every call, every email, every text, every time.We will never be able to thank him enough. We can’t give ServPro higher accolades for providing such great service and staff, but mostly we can give a higher recommendation for Joey Hull, our Project Manager.

We recently had John and his crew help us with a sump pump issue in our basement. They were professional in every way. They not only repaired all the damage but were very courteous and mindful of our daily living. Many thanks to you, John, and the trades who worked with you!

Joseph Hull and his crew Cameron, Kayla and Rich were absolutely amazing.I was in a bind on having to clean up a neglected home with where a lot of smoking took place. They were able to help me the day after I called!They efficiently steam cleaned the carpets, cleaned and ran the Hydroxyl machine run in the most affected area which helped immensely.I would highly recommend this team and company!!Thank you so very much :)

As much as we appreciated Joey's quick response when we had our issue.. (literally) as soon as they cashed the insurance cheque, the communication was very difficult and far inbetween, and scheduling is near impossible. This repair was scheduled to be done in 10 days and after 40 days, i am STILL chasing them to come back and finish the job. So many odds and ends that they have left unfinished. The house is a mess because of it and living here is overwhelming whole looking at all the mess of it. Even with connecting with management, the team still doesnt show up on the days scheduled. We have lost so many hours at work because of waiting around for no one. This company is unbearable. Obviously, i do NOT recommend this experience.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service from this company. I am a commercial landlord and SERVPRO handled the cleanup in my industrial building within 24 hrs. I had the most responsive and professional service from everyone I came in contact with from the person answering the phone, to the project manager, to the staff doing the work on site. My project manager even put me in touch with another contractor to handle additional hazardous cleanup on my site. As a property manager, I will have SERVPRO in my Rolodex of companies that I know I can count on. Thank you again for taking a major headache off my hands and getting the job done quickly and professionally.

Servpro is one of the most unprofessional and unethical company of Edmonton. Servpro's Project Manager, Ted quoted $300 to me to clean a small section of my basement and ended up sending the invoice of over $900 without even finishing the job. After talking about my concern to Ted's manager Sheri, my concerns were dismissed and still unaddressed. There is a lack of integrity when keeping their word in agreements with their customer. I have come to realization that this organization rips off their customers and their sole purpose is to extract people's hard earned money through unethical practices. Please save yourself from using service of this company at all costs.

Ted quoted for a cleanup after a loss in the family. Totally quoted wrong. He didn't have a clue what was actually needed to be done. He canceled several times causing loss of wages because of scheduling time off work. Unprofessional team arrived making inappropriate comments during an already difficult time. Did not finish job. Left a huge problem to deal with ending up with another 1k bill from another company to deal with what they didn't finish. Absolutely horrible to deal with a very bad situation..made things so much worse. Should be back billing them for the mess they left for us to deal with.Very very unhappy with their lack of compassion and responsibility.Would NOT recommend.
