Right at Home Home Care London

Just want to share me experience with Right at Home London and Tim Hunt. My Dad had a severe stroke which after a lengthy time in hospitals and nursing home - still required 24/7 PSW care. Everyone told me I was crazy to have him at home with PSW care as there would be all sorts of problems(staffing, no shows etc...)From my first conversation with Tim, long before I knew if it was even a possibility of getting him home, he was extremely helpful, compassionate and professional. He offered sound advice and support long before Dad returned home. Fast forward to the day of his arrival and his recent passing last month(almost 9 months) - There was not one incidence of staff not showing up or any issue of any kind. Staff was highly professional, kind and caring. Tim constantly was involved making sure things were going well and providing emotional support along the way. From the moment Dad returned home until he passed he was looked after. It gave him the opportunity to spend his last time at home and made the entire experience as pleasant and stress free as possible under the circumstances for all of us. I can't recommend Right at Home London and Tim highly enough! Thank you!

This is the best home support company out there! They go out of their way to accommodate all your needs. In short notice and emergency situations, they are there to support you in any way needed to the best of their ability. Their compassion and caring are comforting and very genuine. My parents took to the psw they sent us right away which was a complete surprise to me as they were very reluctant to have anyone come in.She is professional but also very caring and sweet, understood immediately my parents needs and works accordingly. We love her!

When I was given two-weeks notice that I would be undergoing emergency hip replacement surgery, I had to quickly find personal support workers who could help me during my post-surgery recovery period. Tim and Jennifer immediately put together a team of caregivers who would come in for an hour in the morning and in the evening to help me dress and undress, do light housekeeping and laundry, and take care of my two cats. As I didn't know how long I was going to be in the hospital, they were flexible as to the start date and they were willing to adjust their services as my needs changed during my recovery. The team of caregivers that came into my home were professional, friendly, personable, compassionate, competent, and extremely supportive. They did everything that I asked and more, and I felt that they were all pulling for me to get better. I would highly recommend Right at Home and the care that they provide.

I had an awesome experience with them. The PSWs were so professional and the owner was always there to help out for my hospital appointments. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for home care support.

When looking for care for family members only the best will do. My family and I can honestly say the BEST is Right at Home London. I am extremely happy with the professional service and the flexibility of Management from our personal caregiver. I must personally thank Tim Hunt as he always takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. Jennifer Verslype has proven to be very kind and responsive to all questions ! Lastly to the personal support worker Lenore, what an absolute STAR !! Lenore's kind and caring ways have made her part of our family. What an absolutely fantastic team ! Thank you Right at Home !

RAH has impressed me from day one. They have been attentive to my PSW needs for med appointments. My arrangements are made with Payden who continues to show she is at the top of her game. The PSW's are on time , and getting me to my appointments on time. The only want I wish they had was the option to pay by visa. Keep up the great work !
