I just want to say how amazing the staff is here. Always goes above and beyond for their customs. I especially want to say how amazing Antonella ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) is . She is so amazing. I have dealt with her several times and always recieve top notch service. She is very pleasant, very helpful and super kind. She always wants to make sure rhe customer is happy. She was very fast on helping me get the product I needed and the delivery time was absolutely amazing! ( same day ) Thank you to her and all the staff there .

2019 — Received couch that manager insisted was new, but had long black hair and CRUMBS in it. We have photo evidence in case they try to dispute. Lied to that the insurance covered physical damage “even a fire”. Had two small women who could barely lift the couch attempt to move couch into apartment - obviously my bf had to help. They took a few weeks of payments off bc they also damaged the couch upon entry but the lesson is clear: this location will LIE for any sale2022 — Moving to bf’s elderly mother’s house. Movers decide after one attempt they can’t fit the larger of two couches in, despite the mom having one in there (also furnished through easy home) of similar size. Refuse to let her take door off it’s hinges to re-attempt. Movers ditch it in the middle of the driveway, refusing to bring it back to warehouse because of cat scratches (even if we continue paying), back to Welland, or even on the grass. They leave a woman in her 60s in hysterics and crying unable to move the couch that they illegally dumped blocking tenants’ parking spaces.Already have paid thousands more than the couch is worth and this company refuses to do anything. It has since rained and the couch that could’ve got in the apartment is completely ruined.

Picked up items for a friend here. Antoinette at the desk was amazing, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Her Manager has her hands tied with the amount of assistance she can offer. The manager is not capable of answering any technical questions about products sold in her store, immediate disappoint to me. How can you manage a store when you dont understand the products sold in it? In addition, talking about me behind my back to one of her customers which I found out at a later time. Seriously, how unprofessional. Finally..I understand places like this make it affordable for people to acquire items they need when on a budget...but the final price paid for an item is outrageous..+ a processing fee...this should be illegal. Go to a bank..get a loan and purchase an item outright from a business that has quality items and knowledge to answer any of your questions. Again...such a very disappointing experience.
