I tried to place an order for delivery multiple times and eventually gave up. I used to enjoy the fruit baskets, but the archaic platform encouraged me to go with a different vendor.

Ordered some fruits last week for my anniversary with my girlfriend. I delivered it to her work and found a hair wrapped around the fruits. I talked to the staff and sent an email, haven't received any response yet.Update, edible arrangements did reach out to me and refunded the entire purchase. Thank you for reaching out.

I’ve previously ordered from Edible Arrangements and have had good experiences but this location stood out to me for their awful service.You can call them during their operating hours and they’ll rarely respond which is far from ideal for a special occasion food delivery service.The day the order was supposed to arrive it got there way past the time it was supposed to arrive. On top of that, I had paid extra for the strawberries on the fruit basket to be chocolate covered and only a handful of them were actually chocolate covered, the rest were left as is.Overall it was quite a disappointing experience ESPECIALLY given the price point (over 100$), the quality wasn’t there, neither was the service and you get less than what you paid for. Will not be ordering from this location again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I would give 0 stars. We have ordered the LARGE fruit bouquet but they give us the SMALL one instead. it was our first time ordering so we didn't know until we ordered the same one from another location. Their fruit didn't taste that fresh either. What a scam. It seems like they do this to many people in the past. Avoid this location, it's horrible!

My order was forwarded to another store on the same day it was supposed to be delivered! The order was forwarded at 11:11am. No one told me. The store it was forwarded to did not have most of what I had chosen for my $75 order online. No one contacted me. I called at 1:30 to double check why it had not arrived yet and was told that the order had been forwarded to another store. I called the store. I was told that they had only received this order just now and that it would still have to be made up and that they did not have a box for my items nor the balloon that I ordered and it would be delivered on a platter not in a gift box...etc. I am REALLY unhappy about this. The girl working at the Adelaide store would NOT forward me to a manager and continued to argue with me on the phone. I asked her to stop arguing and please forward me to the manager. She would not forward me. This made me even more angry. REFUND ME. I'm done using your company forever.

Terrible location. My wife didn’t even get her item I sent to her work! (Before COVID). Then the store claimed they went to her work and tried to deliver which I feel is a complete lie. I even put her phone number on the contact just in case they had any trouble. I use to order so many things from Edible(many locations) but I feel they’re really slipping. No care is taken in the presentation or quality control anymore. I stopped buying Edible and all my friends and co workers as well. They agree with the same issues. I buy flowers now! :)

Worst experience ever.Ordered something for 6 pm pickup and left work around 5 pm to get there. Called corporate office around 5:30 to arrange for curb side pickup. Nobody came out so I had to find parking and went to the store. Store was closed and all the lights were off. Called corporate office again and they could not reach anyone.Waste of time and money. Not recommended.

My mom bought me for my birthday a bucket of fruit arrangements as a surprised gift but when they delivered a box of rotten (the strawberries had gone bad) chocolate covered strawberries she was heart broken because she got scammed. She ordered the arrangement in person at the store. Don't order from this place you'll be disappointed.

Do not use this location! Friends got us an arrangement because we were going through a really hard time. The fruit had bugs on it. Contacted the company, they sent us a replacement half the size, that ALSO had bugs. Contacted the head office customer service, but the Adelaide store had lied to them and said they left the arrangement on the porch, so the bugs weren't their responsibility. Actually I had answered the door right away, and waved to the delivery guy - the arrangement was on our porch for less than 10 seconds. A week later my friends tried again to get their money back, and the Adelaide store said they would send a replacement, but we better be home (as I was the first time!) One person was home all day, but no arrangement. Three days later my friends finally managed to get their money back. This was supposed to get us through a really hard time, but instead it made it even harder! DO NOT USE THEM!
