I have been using Almega Property Management since 2014 and have never had a complaint. In the last four years, not a single tenant has defaulted, which gives me peace of mind knowing my property is taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to be a hands off landlord and wants a transparent and trustworthy company to look after their condo.

As a first time home buyer, I could not be more happy with the service Almega has provided. They take care of absolutely everything! Both myself and my tenants are extremely happy. I thought I could manage my property on my own, but I was wrong. With all the different notices, maintenance and repairs etc.. I truly feel relieved knowing my property is in good hands.

I've used Almega for almost 3 years now, and i've never had an issue with them. They've looked after our property since day one, handled all the tenants and always managed to transition between tenants without losing a month of payment. Recently they've updated their monthly property reports, and it's the most detailed report i've ever received from any property management and far above and beyond anything i would have ever expected. It's been such a load off my shoulders, that it's made it possible for me to look into other properties knowing that they'll be taken care of.

Almega got me tenants within a day of publishing my unit! They are also very responsive, friendly and professional. This is my first time renting out a unit and I love how they guided me through every step, sending photographer, offering flexible services to manage my condo fee, etc. I specifically enjoyed dealing with Christina, she's very pleasant and super friendly. Also they are super clear on what they are charging (you can check in their website). I hope to stay with Almega for the long haul.

Well, what can I say about this company, t'was a struggle from the start just to get the keys to the apartment. Now, even though I have provided my rental contract and receipt I have paid my first and last rent they want to charge me again. It's unbelievable the stress they put you through.
