ABC Plumbing & Heating

We called ABC because of a knocking" noise from a shower they installed via our builder 3 years ago. We called to see if it was an air-lock or something else. We left 2 messages after realizing it was a faulty cartridge and a week later we called a third time and finally spoke with someone. We were told that the part was not under warranty so we asked if they could provide the part number. They said they would call back with that information - that was 2 weeks ago. Simply

Dec. 2, 2022-Thank you for replying back to my review. I understand that you strive for excellence and satisfaction but unfortunately I do not believe that as I did contact the office prior to writing this to review. I even sent an email to upper management who didn't even have the courtesy to contact me to discuss further or even acknowledge my email. I have since then submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business bureau about the issue. It is really unfortunate that my issue couldn't of been discussed with upper management prior to me having to take further action. I am hopeful that this will get settled with the claim I submitted with BBB, but again I have yet to hear anything from management.

I have used ABC Plumbing & heating for MANY clients and they have NEVER let us down. From speedy inspections to detailed reports and estimates! A lot of other companies are quick to give you a quote but then months to get the repair.. NOT ABC Plumbing and heating!! they are so fast and efficient!They have the Friendliest staff who go above and beyond customer service!10/10 recommend!!

We've had a few plumbing issues in our house recently. A guy by the name of Chad came and fixed a few of our issues, and since then we really like to deal with him for our plumbing related calls. He's always really quick to reply and he's really knowledgeable. Has known every time what is wrong, and has actually gone above and beyond, helping us at one time with another issue we were having with a household appliance. His advice is trustworthy, you can tell he really knows what he's talking about and he's not there to waste your time or money. Highly recommend him!

This is my first review ever, and I felt like I needed to write one to save someone else the headache. I spent over $400 for two visits to fix my furnace (2hrs in total). The problem was never fixed and I was without heat all weekend. The error code was saying a pressure switch. I have no experience with HVAC but I recommended replacing the pressure switch since the error was saying that. Both times nothing was fixed or replaced as it happened to suddenly turn on when he was here. The day after the second visit it didn't turn on again and I was without heat all weekend, once again showing the same error code. The following week I called back and asked if someone could come over to see the same problem that was still reoccurring and I was told I would have to be charged once again for someone to come out. I asked to remove the first hour fee as this was the third time out for the same problem and they refused. I decided to not continue giving this company my money without any of my furnace problems being fixed. 1/10 experience. Technician was a nice guy but unfortunately didn't fix anything. I asked the owner to help me out as I already spend over $400 without anything being fixed and the same error code keeps showing and he refused and said to take my business somewhere else. Save your time and money and go with a different company.

From the time a pipe burst in the basement to it being fixed was just 2 hours. The office staff was wonderful and the plumbers were tops.

We needed a UV light installed to kill bacteria in our water. ABC had a great price and Chad did a fantastic installation of the system. Thanks a ton!

This was the first time we used ABC Plumbing. From the first call to the office to the completion of the repair everything was very professional and efficient.Vicky in the office was helpful and kept us informed.The technician, Tony was professional and explained the repair completely. He also gave us a quote for a future repair. Will definitely use this company again!

I hired ABC to repair my electric hot water tankless heater. The technician arrived, and after 30 minutes he determined it could not be repaired. I accepted his diagnosis and told him I will have to look at options. For some reason he lingered around and billed my wife for an extra 30 minutes, when it was determined soon after he arrived the unit could not be repaired.I understand there is a minimum of 1 hour charge to assess any situation, but to immediately realize nothing can be done, and charge additional time is just unacceptable in my opinion.

My family and I have used ABC plumbing in our home over the last two years. They came highly recommended from the community due to their professionalism and availability. We have had work done in our bathroom as well as odds and ends around the home. Each time, the young man that comes out arrives on time, is friendly and works efficiently. We need more tradesmen in our communities that are like the employees of ABC. Thank you ABC, we've found a company we can be confident in.
