RedBlue Heating and A/C

RedBlue installed a heat pump in my one level townhouse last month, the kind where there is ducting and and air handler in the attic, a unit outside, and outlets in the ceiling of all rooms. It was done just in time for the last heat wave in Greater Victoria! The techs were just great, knowledgeable, kind, efficient and friendly. For those reasons I definitely would recommend RedBlue.

Excellent service from the moment I booked the appointment. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional. They were efficient and explained what they were doing while performing routine maintenance on both our units. I will definitely contact RedBlue again for any future maintenance work and repairs.

After experiencing 8 months with the Heat Pumps and analyzing our gas and electric consumption I have determined that heating with the Heat Pumps is less expensive than heating with Natural Gas.I will add our costs for both Hydro and Natural Gas at the end of this review.Reflecting on our Heat Pump installation 8 months ago by RedBlue Heating and A/C we are very happy with the result.With regard to the installation process last Summer. It was trouble free.Our salesman from Red/Blue was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative. His communication skills were excellent. He guided us through the purchase process with great patience and attention to detail. He designed a system with 2 smaller heat pumps which will be more energy efficient and quieter than one large heat pump.The five installers were polite, most pleasant, helpful and did excellent work. They did an amazing job in carrying out the installation process quickly and efficiently. I was extremely impressed with their precision, dexterity and attention to detail.The installers were extremely careful and a vacuum was used regularly during the installation.I have no hesitation in highly recommending RedBlue Heating and A/C to carry out Heat Pump installation work.Their quotes are extremely competitive.This is the first time that we have done business with this company. Hana and Lauren were so friendly, efficient and professional. Plumbing problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired without having replace bathroom tiles! They worked quickly and toatally cleaned up after the job! Highly recommend red blue.

Bought a new electric heat pump. Install was professional and pretty fast. Follow up and testing for a problem when I complained about the system not quite heating the house fully was done quickly and problem was solved. Personnel were professional and courteous and inspired confidence.When I asked for a local source for new filters they provided that info.

I am so impressed with Red Blue. They gave me a reasonable quote, always showed up on time and were very professional. The replacement of my old heat pump was painless. From the administrators to the installers and Dave the estimator, I had the best experience. All knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend hiring them for your heating and cooling needs.

Highly recommended. Recently we had an issue with our gas furnace. The team was very responsive. Derek the technician, went out of his way to ensure that we received our part under warranty. He was very thorough with our service and installation of the new part. He even addressed issues that other companies did not address/note during other services (I.e. caulked the exterior pipe). The whole team was very communicative from start to finish. I will use this company again.

I’ve heard good things for years about Red Blue but just got our homes HVACD done yesterday and I’m super impressed. I see what the hype is about now. The crew showed up on time (rare) and got right to work. They where friendly and super professional. The girls in the office helped me through my warranty and rebate process this morning and where also very helpful. A+ Red Blue, thank you!

Amazing service. First off Brianne in dispatch was super responsive and she was able to get me a technician on very short notice. Bryan was the tech who came by, he identified the issue within 5 minutes (an issue that the last company I used for HVAC never identified even though the issue reoccurred over 2 years!) Super professional company and reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!
