I was reffered to the Tile shop by our contractor and we are so fortunate to shop here for our recent renovation needs. They have fantastic selection of quality tiles and excellent pricing compared to the other stores around the area. All the sales associates were very hlepful during all our visit to the store and Amir did go an extra mile ensuring our selections and choices would meet our project expections. I have to say, great price, great product and great service! I ordered big amount is tiles, and one type ended up short 3-4 pieces, and this time was sold out very fast. Manager called around and finally got me couple of boxes from his customer! Who would do this? Only Lala!I ordered hardwood in the same time, ended up short some boxes too. This boxes need to be shipped from Quebec, not to slow down my construction, they put in order, and have their edelivery standby, unbelievabIe, I got them by Friday @ my house!I am very very impress with their service, it gives you peace of mind, this is the right place to go, and they will take care of you. Problem happens, the most important thing is, someone will take care of it!Thank you tile shoppe in Vaughn! I recommend this place!
