Great and fast service, Neat place, only issue is that there is no AC, so its burning hot inside. I had to leave because of the heat. Will come back when its a little colder outside, or maybe if there is working air conditioning.Shoutout to the guy there on Friday morning, great service and conversationalist!

Staff were really friendly this day. Location is always clean as well.Drink in the picture is a mango slush with strawberry purée in the cup. My new fav!!!

I never thought I would be saying that I enjoyed bubble tea so much lol.I purchased for my daughter the 1st time and now I purchase for the whole family almost weekly as we have become slightly addicted. Strawberry slush, ice cream warrior, the fruit 1 lol...its all good

Nice and clean place and environment.Friendly and co-operative staff with smile on their face and with positive approach.Nice place to spend time with family and friends.The staff always tries to fulfill customer's demand/s very promptly and satisfactorily.Ambience is of course very soothing and comforting.

Great choice, very clean, organized and peaceful ambience facilitated by a great staff. The server Henry really took great effort to explain my choices with a smile - great customer service by him appreciated my me and for sure future customers too. Recommend it without reserve!

the best tapioca pealrs ever, made fresh every day! I had the pearl latte with brown sugar and it was soo creamy and so good.Clean location & the workers are so friendly and helpful! Definitely coming back to this location

Great bubble teaLove their bubble tea variationsBrownsugar pearl latte is highly recommendedMy second favorite is oreo and ice cream warrior.Rose milk tea, cheese milk with ice cream, ginger milk tea are my third favoriteAny chocolate variations just taste like chocolate milkshakes (nothing fancy)My next target is to try coffee milk tea. :)Friendly staffFree packingPSEven oreo and ice cream warrior only have regular sizes available on menu, they can make the large ones. Not sure why they don't mention it on the menu.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. My hubby and I been coming back so many times and showing family because it’s just so good. I ordered the pearl milk tea and it tastes amazing, the brown sugar pearls are the best and the representation as you can see is beautiful
