Love this team. Kyle was out today to do annual maintenance on my air conditioner and was able to resolve an issue in a way that saved me thousands of dollars in repairs! And he did it with an informative, professional and friendly approach to the work which I really appreciate. Thanks to all!

Our Handy Bros. installation was completed today by two very knowledgeable technicians. Kyle and Brett are not only skilled in their trade but we’re so kind and polite. They worked fast but with accuracy. They answered all our concerns and questions on our new system. We were very happy with their professionalism and we could tell they are very proud and dedicated to their work. We highly recommend them as they were great.

Wow! Handy Bros were ready to come out on one of the hottest days on the planet! We were out of town, and called because we knew we needed service when we returned. They set up an appointment when it was good for us and then offered to come earlier, if that worked for us.Our technician (James) called ahead and was super courteous. Once at our place, he assessed the problem and took pictures of everything. Then, he went through the pictures with us step-by-step, explaining what each was referring to. At the end, he gave us options for the next steps and we agreed to move forward. He had the part on hand that he suspected we needed, and installed it and we were good to go. Fabulous, affordable service! Exactly what we needed, with family coming to visit!We recommend Handy Bros!

Two thumbs up for Maddy who spent most of the afternoon in 30 Celsius heat, to fix my very stubborn Air Conditioner. I appreciated her pleasant and service-oriented manner as she tracked down what turned out to be two separate issues. I also appreciated that it was a flat service fee for a problem I think we both expected to be a quick fix. Maddy has been here before for a regular maintenance call (a service I also appreciated) and was very thorough and diligent then as well.She also gave me a furnace filter tip, metal threads facing furnace side (stronger side), when I asked if she could check if I had put it in correctly.Prior to Maddy’s visit, Handy Brothers gave me a couple things to check first, in case it was something simple, to avoid a service call.Love my Handy Brothers (and Sisters!)

The crew of three gentlemen that came and removed and installed our new furnace, A/C & heat pump and tankless water heater were absolutely true professionals. They arrived around 9 AM and were cleaned up and on their way by 2:15 PM. I was completely impressed with the quality of their work and couldn't have asked for for a better experience. Thanks to all of you and you truly are a credit to the Handy Bros. team and to your profession.Dave.

This is by far the BEST company I have ever dealt with for Heating and Cooling. I would also say that my experience today with Adam P. was by far the best experience I have EVER had with a trades professional coming into my home.A courteous offer to get me a coffee on his way over, a GIANT smile and positive attitude when he walked into my home. Very informative and professional.If you haven't experienced the Handy Bros difference, you should. They preach about positivity and their staff having a positive impact on their customers and oh boy... did I ever experience that.11/10A+++

Adam showed up with a big friendly smile which started the appointment totally on the right foot!We explained what was happening, he listened actually listened and then checked everything out. He did his inspection, explained what he found and then gave us options, actually spending the time to explain not just rush over things. Adam was very kind which helped my anxiety and was very appreciated!Not once did we feel pressured, this reason alone would keep Handy Bros as my go to but if the rest of their team is friendly and knowledgeable like Adam, I definitely have no problem calling them again, if and when needed. I was unfortunate to find my air conditioning system not working in of coarse a most inopportune time I called Handy Bros. because I have listened to their advertisement on the Christian Radio Station, they responded back within minutes and arranged next day visit with a very delightful young women who was thorough and took the time doing her job. Then two young men came and worked almost none stop and in a very friendly and most professional way. I was very impressed and thankful I will tell others of this rare service.
