I am a business owner and I don't believe in bashing other businesses, but I am a consumer so I have posted pictures for you to make an informed decision. These are pictures of the bedroom window's screens held with duct tape and the patio door also fixed with duct tape. This does not keep mosquitoes out. When I asked for a refund I was partially refunded and they kept $200 for 1 night for 1 person sleeping in a bed (my son slept in the car the bugs were so bad inside). They reminded me that they advertise as rustic" but I think we have different definitions of rustic and they suggested I look at a place before renting

Great people and a beautiful place to stay.

A fun spot to go out into the wilderness. Super far drive in off the main road. The property is beautiful! Lots of fishing, canoes, kayaks. The owners are super friendly.

Decided to take a short vacation away from the “real world “ and so glad I chose Fox Lake Lodge !! Wayne, Monique and their team were the most welcoming and hospitable people I have ever met in this industry! My wife, kids and I had an amazing experience here ! We were not even in the car yet and the kids were already asking when we could go back. Thank you so much Wayne for the fantastic escape and hope to see you next year !!

My favorite campground. Cottages ran on propane, hot and cold water. Beautiful water. Owners are awesome.

Thank you to the owner’s of Fox Lake for amazing stay with my brothers and friends. Dog friendly, as long as dog is friendly, so many friendly people , beautiful landscapes, any Cottage they have is super clean and so comfy, can’t wait to comeback, Big fan from New York City, The wonderful couple treat you like family!!!

This is a real gem of a place! It is nicely secluded in a place that allows you to forget about the daily stresses of life and enjoy quality time with your friends and/or family while appreciating what Mother Nature has to offer in northern Ontario.Wayne and Monique are absolutely wonderful and make us feel like family. We have seen some great improvements in the cabins over the years and they still have plans to do even more. They are very accommodating and make sure that our stay is enjoyable.We always find great ways to spend our time there. Either on the lake, at the elbow on Spanish River, at the ladders that were used by the loggers many decades ago, or just walking through the trails.We always have and always will look forward to going to Fox Lake Lodge to unwind and recharge.
