When we met up she showed me the puzzle and I told her that my sister already had the puzzle…oh well, we will just return it. The employee was rude, surprisingly rude that we didn’t know about the no returns policy. I didn’t want to argue with an employee so we exchanged for a board game and left.I then attempted to contact the mind games head office to speak with someone about the reasoning behind the no returns policy & request a change…and was unable to get anywhere — no one returned my calls or emails at that time—.I then gave your store the appropriate to my experience review of the minimum.Your response to my review asked what you can do & my answer is simple, have a return policy. Allow customers to buy and return items & allow your employees the opportunity to thank people for even coming into the store without having to tell them no… It’s that simple. With online shopping likely being a big competition for your store, I think you’d be best served by having the most enjoyable customer experience possible—which includes smooth, no issue returns—.I’ll also note that the year you took to respond to my review is disappointing & I will be posting this response as well as your response to this message on google as well for others to see.In full transparency, you’ve lost me as a customer. I am greatly disappointed and frustrated that the puzzle I bought today came with a missing piece and a extra exact copy of a outside piece.

Bought my son what I thought was a decent little robot for Xmas. I could tell alot of items were over priced, but this robot had good reviews so I went for it.. Well, my son built it end of January.and it wouldn't even go together because of a faulty manufacturing defect. I went into the shop about an exchange and was told it was past the xmas exchange date, even though it was a faulty item. I was so annoyed because the item was faulty. and it was 50$. not 10 or 15$$. Throughly disgusted. will definitely share this with my parent friends. and highly recommend you NOT SHOP THERE. I've since discovered they charge more for many items in store anyways. so find another shop to get ur cool items. this one is just a scam

Such a wide assortment of card games, trading card games, board games and collectibles. There's a free club you can join via phone number/email. Presently masks are required to gain entry, but the staff is able to assist very quickly with their knowledge and good attitude to get you on with your day quickly!

I know everyone is having a hard time with staff, however, have extremely rude and confrontational staff is unacceptable especially in a store that has many young people visiting it.Staff went on break over an hour ago with a sign on the door that said she would be back in 30 minutes (no time indicated). I waited for over 45 minutes and others kept checking and leaving. When the staff finally opened the door she proceeded to lock it behind her and say she was leaving again for 5 more minutes. When I suggested that she put a time on the door instead of just back in 30, she said in a very rude tone that she doesn’t have to do anything other than that and stormed off. I was just trying to be helpful as I noticed how many people commented on it as I was waiting.

They legit made my day today! They have harry potter mystery wands which are normally impossible to find! Also the worker was so nice in helping me find them!

In store service is wonderful however I do not recommend using the online shopping. My order was cancelled without reason or communication, then I reordered and it's been 2 months... It's still processing" according to the tracking info. Absolute silence when I've tried emailing and calling. No one seems to work at this company. Not sure if I'll ever see my order or my money."
