Rhys and I came in for our cleaning, love the attention to detail for Covid safety protocol.The staff is always warm and inviting, we feel like family.. On the ride home we were discussing our cleaning.. Our hygienist is so thorough, friendly and efficient, best cleanings by far.. We love ❤️ our Aceti family ❤️❤️

Aceti Dental always has professional, compassionate and informative team. The reception team work hard to schedule around patient availability and accommodating adjustments when needed with a professional friendly manner. The hygienists are friendly, knowledgeable and conscious of patient comfort. The dentists spend time with the patient, giving honest suggestions and the utmost care when performing dental work and offering follow up adjustments if needed. People may think I’m crazy when I say I like my dentist, but they know how to make a normally uncomfortable experience a positive one.

I started coming to Aceti Dental a few years ago. I have never had a positive experience at a dentists office till coming here. I appreciate they only suggest what is required. I had tooth pain, got it extracted, didn’t feel a thing, didn’t even know it came out, that’s how good they are! They are thorough when cleaning, they make sure you do not have saliva buildup and don’t put objects too far in the mouth! Like i said the best experiences! I will be a patient for the long term!! Thank you to the team!!!

My daughter is irritatingly nervous at the dentist office. However, the dental hygienist and dentist were great with her. They took the time to make her feel comfortable before they began. I would recommend them to any family with young kids.

Dr. Aceti was able to see me during the pandemic in short order. Very impressed with his expertise and pain free procedure plus his staff and facilities. Would most certainly recommend.

My 2 week old daughter had to get her tongue tie released. Dr. Gambacorta and her team were so gentle with my baby and she was so knowledgeable and professional. The admin staff are very friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Once again, caring professional treatment in a timely manner. One of my teeth fell out last week (from a dental bridge?). I had moved 2 hours away from Hamilton and found a new local dentist. The local dentist was going to deal with it but he said, “I don’t know what the previous dentist did and won’t know until I get in there.”I called Dr. Aceti’s office and Monica set up the appointment for a few days later. Everything worked out well and I’m very happy (with a smile)!On a previous location, I had Dr. Aceti’s wife, Dr. Juliana Galessiere perform work on me in the Niagara area. You can always count on good treatment.

Run the other way.I’ve been with this dentist office for many years without any issues for need of dental work. I loved my hygienist who is no longer there, she was great. After a pregnancy I had cavities that needed to get tended to. A “fill in” dentist was covering (out of retirement) while dr.aceti helped his wife open up the practice in st Catherine’s and take time away. This dentist did not freeze me, said they are surface cavities And I was in and out in 15 minutes. This is where the horror story begins. I came back for my regular cleaning and let my hygienist know I still had extreme sensitivity, she had informed me this happened with many other patients as well, however I was pregnant with my second and was recommended not to have the cavities filled so I waited until right after I gave birth. I went back and asked to get it all over with and had both sides worked on at the same time. My visits only started there. I felt that since they made the mistake it shouldn’t cost me to fix it, but I should have ran after the first filling done by dr. Aceti. I had extreme sensitivity and couldn’t chew at all. I came back, a different filling was used, medicated filling & more of a tunnel drilled into my teeth. After this, one side of my mouth was extremely sensitive and painful. Then after another visit, the reverse happened, the other more sensitive side I could not chew on, became the least painful. I visited this office countless times and drilled into each time. At my final appointment I did not receive a filling on one side, I have 2 holes & and the other side received a medicated filling which I was told could be sensitive up to a year. It’s over a year now, the pain and sensitivity is unbearable, but at this point my trust and belief this dentist knows what he is doing is gone. I visited another dental office without giving them the history. We did an X-ray which showed how the fillings that were in my mouth, were not actually done properly as there were gaps and air bubbles. The empathy this dentist had, made me feel even more sad, her comment was how beautiful my teeth were and this should never have happened. My teeth are butchered. I have a friend I referred to dr.aceti that went through exactly what I did, except only with dr.aceti and had pain in her mouth for 2 years before going to another dentist and having it fixed. Her mother in law suffers from the same pain and sensitivity, you’re told it’s normal, it’s not. Please seek another dental clinic, they are on every corner, your teeth are with you forever, there are amazing dentists out there.
