What's the point of operating a business if you don't follow up with inquiries from potential customers? I called TWICE and both times no one followed up. I explained on my second call that I had already left a message and hadn't heard back from anyone, the person on the phone apologized and said she would take my information again. And here we are still no follow up. Nothing. Perhaps revisiting your business structure may be a good idea.
