The store has decent variety of merchendise, some of the sales people are friendly (not all of them). The prices are in general good. However in terms of replying to emails they are completely unresponsive. It is difficult to communicate with them and they don't seem to respect their customers. I used to shop there, but I am moving my business somwhere else where I am treated like a valuable customer.The only reason for not giving one star is that I had positive experiences in the past and Christopher was friendly and gave me some good advice.

I had a mechanical issue with my recent purchase of a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 so I brought it back to the store to see what could be done. The guys were quick to assess and correct the problem for me in minutes. It was their excellent customer service that will make me a repeat customer.

Absolutely terrible service. I was informed they shipped Canpar. They ended up shipping UPS and package never arrived. UPS claim was up over a week ago and these guys never reply to emails and good luck getting anyone to answer by phone unless you key in for sales. They are all too willing to sell something but not so much if following through on integrity or your purchased package insurance. Stay far away from this scam business.

STILL WAITING since JULY 2021!! No one responds to my emails. My account has been deleted off their website. Luckily I have screenshots & credit card statements. It mind boggling! I did research before I bought & these guys seemed like a class act. Not the case. As a business owner myself I cannot imagine taking full payment for a product I was unable to produce in almost 2 years. It’s disgraceful. I would absolutely not recommend buying anything from Rangeview Sports.
