I got a $50 ticket for parking at St Joseph's Hospital because I had to wait in line to register, then go to my appointment which was late. Seniors can't afford to go for appointments for fear they will get tickets when their appointments go overtime.

Expensive, tried to follow the rules but still manage to get towed and ticketed. Even ticketed for taking 6 minutes to download the Hotspot app, add my credit card then pay the parking fee right infront of the pay station. Tried to dispute but apparently the time it takes to download and add funds is too long so it was a valid ticket.

money grab. they don’t make exceptions and make uptown very unfriendly for people who do deliveries as a means of employment. good luck disputing your ticket.

I have on street parking and got ticketed but the van behind me recieved no ticket and I was parked long enough to use the washroom ...and cant find where to dispute this ticket on there site

We got a ticket last week for parking with our bumper past the limits of our on street parking, but currently there are people parked up and down our street illegally that won’t get tickets, I already pay to park! Stop giving tickets to people who already pay to park uptown

has no issue handing out tickets to the residents of uptown but in the same breath says there's free parking to anyone that wants to shop. dark ages tax collector levels of integrity.

I very rarely park downtown so speaking of today's experience: I had an issue, I received courteous friendly assistance (by phone), it took only a couple minutes and they corrected the issue to my satisfaction... and relief
