Customer service was outstanding all three employees greeted and offered to help me. Braethan and the other two employees were super friendly and struck up a good conversation with me while checking out. Very satisfied with the products and the employees.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me pick out the proper sunglasses that fit my need...may have chosen a different pair that didn't have polarization which would have been a mistake.

Poor experience recently. They gave me the wrong sunglasses and I did not notice until I got back to work. Had to drive all the way back to the store and they proceeded to tell me it wasn't their fault, and they had no more of the model I initially wanted except for 1 floor model pair that had 2 big scratches. I asked for a 10% discount on the floor model pair, to which they said nope

Jason was very knowledgeable & extremely accommodating… we ended up buying 2 pairs of shades!

Orders a gift for Mother’s Day. They said it would for sure be in by the Friday As it was Mother’s Day and my daughter wools have got her mom something else. We never received any calls on Friday so we called on Saturday to find out the gift hadn’t arrived. They blamed others and said it would be here Monday. It again had. It arrived and the store says it doesn’t know where it is. Very poor service and a big let down for a 7 year old who was excited about giving her mom a nice gift.

Excellent choice and customer service . It was amazing to have the touchscreen to customize the glasses to exactly what my husband wanted. The $70 off a 2nd pair was also brilliant as I didn’t need any but then my husband bought his and I couldn’t pass up the offer so got myself a pair too

I found the pair of Oakley sunglasses I wanted at a great price on the Sunglass Hut website after clicking on the Kelowna stores Google business listing. The glasses were marked down on sale to $129.99 but when I went to checkout it tried to charge me $172.00. After several attempts I called the customer care line where a gentleman by the name of Daniel told me to email Sunglass Hut customer care as he could not fix any technical issues with the website checkout. This I did and received an automated email saying that they would respond fully within two days. I received a response later to say that the lower price was an error and that I could only purchase them at the higher price. I called the customer care line again and was told that if I had purchased the glasses at the higher price online they would have honored the displayed price and credited me the difference. They stated that they are not obliged to honor the displayed price. I explained that I just followed the instructions from their customer care representative. To sum up I understand that errors happen but I am still very disappointed with the outcome and advice from customer care.

Helpful staff and good collection of Ray Ban sunglasses

It's so frustrating that you can't make a return of a gift with the orgional receipt and/or the gift receipt without the original payment card. I will have to come back, return and then I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
