I love Rootz! The space is beautiful and airy, the location is perfect, and the stylists are friendly and knowledgeable! Krissy always makes haircuts such a fun experience!

They professionally and carefully transit my hair color from brown to blonde, and managed to keep my hair healthy looking and shiny. My blonde is better and better every time I visit them. I am very happy with the result. Their receptionists are always considerate and trying to accommodate with my busy schedule. The salon is spacious, airy and have good positive vibe. Would highly recommended them for transitioning from brown hair to blonde, you just need money and patience, but it’s worth every dollar, I get many compliments after visiting them.

The venue is very well organized, clean and bright. It's nice that you can see the salon from the outside, that what attract me every time I drove by.Laura Marshall was very professional. She started washing my hair 10mins prior my appointment. Total time for wash/cut/style=40mins. Very friendly, delicate when working on your hair, nice scalp massage! I'll come back for sure!

Amanda is MARVELOUS!!! She made my hair look the best it's ever looked and her tips are great on keeping hair healthy, strong, shiny, and just fabulous! This salon is so welcoming and they made me feel so pampered and beautiful =D If you want big, luscious hair, GO SEE AMANDA! GO TO THIS SALON. IT'S SOO WORTH IT!

My daughter got her hair done a week or so ago. She booked online and was booked for a 1 1/2 hour appt. Very shocked that she didn't get done for 3 1/2 hours! Also the prices online aren't accurate, her total came to well over $100 more than what was stated online. Also several times I witnessed a trainee or another young girl who was shadowing, doing some of the treatments. My daughter specifically choose a high level stylist to ensure a proper job, after a previous treatment went bad. The stylist also had another client she was working on during my daughter's appt. Her hair turned out really nice but not worth the money or time in my opinion.

My haircut with Kim today was great! As a former hairstylist that’s new to the area and knows what I want, I was looking for an experienced stylist with advanced cutting education. Based on what my hair was like when I came in, what I wanted, and how I like to style my hair, Kim gave me exactly the cut I asked for. Plus she got me in and out efficiently which I appreciated since I had other things to get to.The salon itself is lovely enough, though I wasn’t really paying attention to anything more than the station I was at. I’m the type that prefers to pay money and attention to the quality of work over ambiance. I mean, one lasts for months, the other just for the visit.As the saying goes “If I do a job in 30 minutes, it’s because I spent 10 years learning how to do that in 30 minutes, you owe me for the years not the minutes”. Kim’s experience shows in this regard, she’s earned her price point and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut.

I went in for a fix to a bad cut on my super fine and super thin hair. Amazing job, I feel like the stylist really understood my hair and what I needed and I will absolutely come back!

If I could give it 6 stars I would. From start to finish amazing experience. Alyssa was FANTASTIC with my colour and she was very transparent about the price, because I have thick hair I have been surprised in the past and left uncomfortable but she went over everything so I felt comfortable! I love that open attitude. I felt like I was in great hands with her. My colour and cut beyond exceeded my expectations and was a extremely enjoyable experience. The salon is fun and clean! With a ton of nice products for sale. I bought a leave in conditioner and I love it. It’s fairly priced compared to online when I bought it before. I’d go back in a heartbeat because the staff are awesome and my hair cut and new colour is perfect. I get compliments from strangers! Don’t hesitate to book here and ask for Alyssa.

Had a full head of blonde highlights done at this salon. The initial result was not what I expected as I had a big color transformation so I called in the following day and the salon offered to do a touch up free of charge to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my hair! Despite them being busy , I was able to come in the next day for my touch up. I am very happy with my hair now as it is exactly how I wanted it! Very nice ladies work here and the owner is very kind and knowledgeable about hair. I would highly recommend. The only thing I would suggest if you're a first time costumer and want a lot done to your hair is to book a consultation (i believe they're free) before the appointment so you know how much you will be expected to pay, as the prices on their website are rough guidelines.
