I've had the pleasure of living in an ICON Property Management building for nearly 7 years at 600 Queens Quay. ICON, specifically Nadir and Sokol, truly go above and beyond to make condo living safe, comfortable, and fun. They are readily available, and work efficiently to ensure that any issue is promptly addressed. I truly appreciate all they have done over the years to make this building feel like a real community.

I’ve lived at several downtown condos over the past 10 years and have dealt with a number of property management groups. Icon has been the most professional to deal with and set the standard pretty high. I’m not one to write reviews but felt the need to show support. Sokol, in particular, has provided such a positive experience.

ICON Property Management, led by Property Manager Tanisha and her team, have been providing best-of-class management services to the residents of 30 Grand Trunk Crescent for the past 3.5 years. I have been very impressed with their attention to detail, the commitment to sustaining high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, service and security and particularly the team’s skill at identifying and planning for future potential issues. First Rate!

I am on the board of directors of my condominium. We recently switched management companies to Icon Property Management. The transition team was fantastic and made this a smooth change. Immediately we noticed a tremendous positive change in communication to both the board and the residents. The staff are engaged and residents are happy.We are thrilled to have them part of our team and would highly recommend them to any board considering a change.

They just took over my unit on 397 front st 2 weeks ago. Since then, we’ve no security, no property management who are responsive, 1 running elevator 99% of the time tor 41 floors and major safety issues. Closed all amenities and refuse to speak with the residents and owners. Disgrace and should be investigated ASAP. happy to take any questions and provide supporting evidence of the activity of ICON.

I have a great experience by working with Icon Property Management at Queen’s Harbour and I am happy to have with them. The Property Managers Nadir and Sokol are professional and well oriented because of their professional knowledge, technical and problem solving skills. The management team is best to assist their clients, building’s owners, residents and other staff members, contractors. They are always kind, caring and respectful for everyone who live in the building and super active to handle any building issues by providing with positive outcomes. Highly recommended.

Icon provides property management services at my downtown waterfront condo, where I have lived for 15+ years. The property manager is excellent, always professional and responsive to questions or concerns. The on-site staff managed by Icon keep the building very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Friends and family who visit me always comment on how well the building is kept and maintained. I have friends in other buildings in the downtown core (and they experience various issues with their property management companies). I am pleased that Icon provides such good service and professional staff to manage my investment and would highly recommend their services.

My partner and I just moved into a loft managed by Icon and had a seamless experience dealing with Dwayne - the property manager. Even though Dwayne JUST started managing the property a few days before we were planning on moving in, he was still extremely organized and made sure we were set up with the moving elevator prior to move-in. His response time through e-mail was incredible as well. Super happy!

Icon Property Management manages the condo building where my unit is. The building management team Nadir and Sokol are the best! They are personable, responsive and helpful and I know I can rely on them. The building is also well managed and all of the staff are helpful and kind. I have experience with other property management companies at other condos and it doesn't compare to my experience with Icon.
