la Vie en Rose TD Square

Went in after work on Monday to look @ shape wear for my office party on Friday. I was told that there was no manger available to do my staff discount, so I put the item on hold to purchase Tuesday after work. I also confirmed that there would be management in later in the day on Tuesday, as it is tight timing for me to be there before 5:30. When I got there Tuesday evening (at 5:30) there was one girl in fits and another over @ the panty table, neither one paying attention to the till. When they did notice that I was there waiting and went to get the manager, the manager was quite rude in her interaction with me. I was told that she was unable to do the transaction as she was off and had to leave right away, as there was someplace else she had to be. Super unimpressed with the downtown store.

Staff don’t really acknowledge you, which is fine with me because I just want to buy my underwear and get out. But it would be great if products that are on sale/clearance could be marked as such. Last time I went in here for lingerie I was surprised to hear it was marked down to 50% off. If I had realized that while still shopping, I would have continued to check out the other colours and styles but because nothing was marked properly I couldn’t be bothered to see what else was included in this sale.

First time in this branch. I really appreciate the staff. Very helpful and we'll explain of the quality and the sizes. All associates are always smiling and very friendly. I would say they have great customer service. Keep it up and wish all the guests have good experience when they visit this branch.

I went to this location today and THANK GOD I DID! The staff was incredibly helpful, they helped find the correct size for my wife and the most beautiful pieces they had, I am so happy with the service provided by people on this store, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP <3 my wife is super happy with what I got for her!

Went to the new location today. Rachel is truly a star! She helped me find my size (there were none on the racks, guess she must've gone digging in the back for a size) Also came back to the fitting room a couple of times to hand me different styles and sizes (all on her own, I didn't even have to ask!)It is employees like these who make customers loyal to the brand.Find Rachel at the store if you need help, you will leave very happy with your purchase.

Debbie is the absolute best, she has helped me twice now and both times she has made my day better. Super helpful and friendly! You've got a customer for life!

I love this store and products! Arifa was very helpful and made my buying experience pleasant and enjoyable. She truly cares about what I need. Other staff were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this store!

I love La Vie en Rose robs, body suits and all bras and panties. All my underwear closet is La Vie en Rose and VS. Unfortunately this specific branch in the CORE has a very bad service and non helpful staff with a very poor customer service.

My sister and I visited la vie en rose on Sunday and I have to say we experienced the best customer service we ever had. We went in to find bras and if it wasn't for Michelle who talked to us about different styles, what we were looking for and helped us figure out our proper size we wouldn't have made out with any bras. Michelle went above and beyond with grabbing us sizes, styles, and helped us out for well over an hour. All of which Michelle remained friendly the entire time. Thank you so much for your help and because of how awesome you were, you are the reason we ended up buying so many bras and had a enjoyable experience. This store is lucky to have an employee like Michelle.
