We had 2 pipes leak profusely on Dec 25 2021. Our plumber recommended Rainbow which was a terrific choice. They came immediately and dealt with the emergency. They worked well with our insurance company and began the restoration as soon as possible. All work was completed on task and time along with with superior coordination of additional trades. Any changes were handled diligently and respectfully. Appreciated Rico’s superb coordination with our family and interpersonal skills. The work was completed very professionally. We are a renovation company and discovered that our client had a serious issue with mold in their master bathroom. We had called rainbow international on a Friday, and they were promptly able to get someone in there over the weekend to resolve the issue so we could continue with the renovation as scheduled. Living in a townhouse, got a mould situation in the basement due to toilet leaking problem from upstairs, it required taken out the affected drywall and ceiling, dry the wet area, protected the area from further mould growth, then replace the area with new drywall and ceiling.Rico was very professional during the whole process. Floors were protected and affect area was sealed before demolition process begun, so no risk of spore spreading. Suction fan was in place to bring down the mould concentration level in the basement air. He was friendly and would listen to customer's needs and concerns. The remediation work was well done, there are no trace of reworking. His price is fair and he took the time to do the work instead of rushing it. He also gave advise on other items around the house that may potentially cause problem in the future. So he was exceed his responsibility and go beyond. The clean up afterwards was good too, no debris left on the site, floors are clean, so no headache to follow up for the customers. Highly recommended.
