You can expect extremely high quality craftsmanship at a fair price. I've been here to have shoes re-soled, polished, coats and bags repaired, zippers fixed and the work always exceeds my expectations. The owners are a sweet down to earth couple, hardworking, honest and fair, who will take time to explain your options and always deliver what they promise. Can't say enough good things about them - they know their craft!

The man who owns this shop is a true craftsman who clearly takes a lot of pride in doing excellent work. He took a pair of worn down old boots, built up the heel, refinished the leather, and made them look like new. I couldn't be happier since these boots are my favorites. His prices are reasonable, he did the work in one day, and he and his wife are very nice, pleasant people to deal with. I highly recommend this business.

He was rude, I asked him if he can fix my shoes but he wasn’t even respond my question. His attitude was very bad, I preferred to not give him my shoes.
