Urge to Purge Inc.

I already wrote one review and it appears UTP had it removed. This company has NO regard for your property. They were supposed to come in to my apt. and remove my old furniture... clean the apt... paint the walls and ceiling and replace the furniture with new... launder some clothes and a couple of small handyman jobs like hanging some coat hooks and a couple of shelves. I paid this company roughly $6000. to do the work. What I got was the took out everything from my apt. including a photograph collection that was in a bubble wrap lined manilla envelope that included my deceased mothers wedding pics that they tossed... I had ONE single file folder with all my important papers that was in plain view atop my printer is gone including a certificate I revceived from when I served in the military that I had managed to hang onto for over 40 years... they removed my baseball cap collection that was supposed to be laundered and returned to me... they tossed that too... some trophies... tossed. I got an incomplete paint job... an incomplete cleaning job... important memories thrown in the trash... the had the nerve to charge me $750 to do about 6 loads of laundry... and none of the handyman work was done. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Let me start by stating the good points. Thomas was excellent and so was his crew until the end of an all day purge. I felt that they ran out of steam towards the end and just started tossing items without asking. My moms clothes were laundered by the company and came back with no laundered smell at all. Full of static cling. For the price we paid for the whole purge I thought the clothes would have at least came back fresh. All in all would we recommend them probably. I did explain my moms funds were limited so they worked with us in that. Still somewhat high for what we got.

Five stars all around! Cleared out a one bedroom unit in our building fast and helped us locate a missing laptop.Our staff were very impressed on how careful they were to keep from disturbing other tenants. I called Mark to help me after a massive hoarder tenant destroyed my home. His super wonderful employees came into my home the very next day first thing in the morning, got out the mess, with a SMILE. Great service. Wonderful pricing. Amazing staff!! Thank you again Mark! You literally saved the day! 10/10 would recommend!

I have had them help me pack and move twice. Once without that much notice. They were all professional, very helpful and friendly. They did a great job. I couldn't ask for better. They worked very hard.They also cleared out my mother's house and that was a huge job. I don't know what I'd of done without them. They were very careful with everything.100% speaks for itself!

My friend found Urge to Purge on the internet. I called up spoke with an extremely kind woman, she sounded professional and I needed my cluttered home done ASAP , I cannot tell you how satisfied I was with the whole crew from start to finish and I'm lucky and thankful they made my already difficult situation a lot better than I thought , thank you guys!!!

Mark and his team are hands down the best in this business. Their customers always come first and Mark will personally do what ever it takes to make sure their needs and expectations are met. I would highly recommend Urge to Purge to anyone.

When i called for information i was in distress due to a recent fire above my apartment. The lady who answered my call was able to resssure me help was on the way. Within 15 mins they had 4men out to acess the situation!. 2 days later they came and treated me & my belongings with much respect & care. I highly recommend using this service for any kind of help they provide. They certainly helped me get through this & it was worth every dollar.
