I reached out to Desiree from Senior Living 411 Inc once I realized that my family could receive extra support and resources for my aging grandmother. Although my mother was the primary caregiver, I could see that it was becoming hard for her to balance caring for my grandmother with other priorities. Due to knowing Desiree personally, I was aware of the services Senior Living 411 offered and reached out immediately.Desiree was open and ready to meet with my mother and I. Due to it being during COVID, we met via zoom and discussed our current situation. Desiree also booked a home assessment to provide feedback on our current set-up. The report and resources that Desiree provided was extremely helpful. She has in-depth experience with her real estate background but is also personal and relational.I was really appreciative for all of the time that she spent connecting with my mom and I. However, I think what sets Senior Living 411 apart is the cultural and professional support they provide. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with aging parents or family members.
