New management here and they are amazing, they are so nice every single time i walk in they say hi and if i was a dollar or 50 cent off they would let it slide. Totally recommend coming here!

I had couple of bad experiences with previous employees who used to work there, and I stopped visiting there, but couple of months ago I came to know that this place is under new management and started visiting this place again. New people are good and serves at their best, waiting for them to start selling food again. Cheers!

This owner decided that because I was paying using a winning scratch rocket that I had to wait for him to service others first,and they were still walking around the store. So why was their customer service more important than mine. I left swearing to never go back.

As i stepped in the store there was 4 of person there, no masks, talking and laughing, standing over the grill. And then the guy at the cash apologized for them laughing, saying they were telling a funny story. He should have been apologizing for no masks !

I'm not sure if it's the owner or whoever, but I used to come here all the time a few years ago when I lived close and the man that served me always said hi when I came in and was super nice. I came in recently for the first time in years and the same guy is running the counter and he's just as nice as before! We talked about the milkshake machine and he was very kind, more than I remember. Made sure to hild my change out to me so I knew it was right. Super awesome :)

Big Bear Food Mart
Giving 1 star because I have now walked here to twice to have them closed during posted hours. If you cannot commit to a 7am start time then simply change your hours to something you are able to handle (I feel like I’m speaking to a child here). For the record both times I have arrived to closed doors it has been 7:40am and 8:20am with a 7am open time listed on your door.
