I highly recommend Albert Park apartments because of clean and quite environment and nice neighbours. The management (Nancy) and staffs are great, they care extremely care about the issues and try their best to keep the apartments in the best situations.

Construction construction noises from various units drilling banging all day long. Elevators breaking down,and if it's the weekend it won't be fixed until Monday overpriced for what you get.abd snow removal at 3am to be woken up to.

It's an alright place, but the kitchen cupboards and drawers are extremely poor grade...worse than particle board.Paint is of poor quality, so are the doors and tracks on both hallway and bedroom doors.Other than the ceramic flooring laid only in the entrance, hall area and kitchen, these apartments were built by means of cutting every single financial corner possible.Integrity definitely went out the windows here.

My Dad loves it here. He has no issues but for myself the only issue I have is the snow removal..they pile it up in the visitor parking lot and don't take it away until the end of the season so parking is limited

My wife and I lived at 95 for 13 years with few complaints which were always resolved in a timely manner. My wife has since passed then Covid hit and as things changed I moved due to health reasons. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The buildings are upgrading all the time for the better of its residents. We felt safe with sufficient lighting all around.

I have been a resident of Albert Park apartments since 1984 when it was only half completed. I have always enjoyed the best of accommodations with regular maintenance and up grading. The staff are like family. I would I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for upscale living.
