This store is amazing, They staff are 100% professional they are absolutely Knowledgeable on all questions no matter the question, I recommend many people to check it out. The Lady that was working there, Helped us instantly on the location of our item so quickly. Anyways It was perfection a they are pricey BUT it is worth every Dime! Thanks ^_^

Visited for the first time last night. The lady working the evening with the glasses was wonderful. She was so helpful and informative. She made sure me and my friend both found what we were looking for. Great experience, beautiful store. Will definitely be back.

Staff is amazing, good selection, great store all around

Previous experiences there have always been great. However, my recent experience there was a bit of an awkward one.The individual was knowledgeable about the products however they came off pretty intense when they were classifying the toys in a binary sense. Seeing that LSoP’s inclusiveness with their company, I found this a tad contradictory coming from this individual. They kept saying that the toy that I was viewing was a “woman’s” toy and explained to me knowledge that I already knew, that women don’t have a prostate. They were very insistent. Which was kind of a turn off. I felt like leaving the store right there when they had displayed that attitude. Hopefully they don’t do that to another customer.

We came in for our first time, and we're more than pleasantly surprised at how attentive and helpful the lady working there was. We were then further surprised when we had an issue with one of our products, and as embarrassing as it seemed to bring back something to a sex store, she was again extremely accommodating and made up for the trip back.

Emily and Tammy are such a pleasure to deal with and are very educated to point you in the right direction! If you want a down to earth shop with a great priced selection then, you will be missing out if you don’t go and check this hidden gem! Highly recommend!!!

This store is absolutely lovely, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are very inclusive and carry lots of products not carried at other stores . We had a hard time getting plus size lingerie but they had lots in stock with very impressive styles. Sindi was absolutely amazing and was a pleasure to speak with , me and my husband will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
