Wesbrook Eyecare Optometry

I had an amazing experience here. I had to travel in four days and couldn't find my contact lens inventory or glasses. I sent an email, and they squeezed me in for an eye exam and contact fitting on short notice. They provided me with the daily trial pack and a pair of trial monthly lenses, as they only have one box of my daily available, which was incredibly accommodating. Dr. Li was one of the most caring optometrists I've ever met. The front desk and staffs were also very friendly and welcoming.

Good place to buy a pair but dont expect any decent service after paying your money. I had a great experience when I was purchasing a pair of glasses (~$600). The lady receptionist and the optometrist were super friendly and helpful. 2 weeks later I returned for a broken frame and a guy working there basically kicked me out as he seemed busy dealing with a new customer. He looked at the frame for a few seconds and said 'it was impossible to fix'. I went to a different place near my neighbourhood and got it fixed for free within a day. Wish they would also care about the existing customer.

The doctor here was very professional and thorough, I was very satisfied with the service. I also got 2 pairs of glasses, and the staff was very accommodating and helped me adjust my frames & find frames that worked for my budget. Highly recommend this place!

Samantha and Edline were extremely supportive when I called in panicked due to eye pain. Dr. Ahn was able to answer all questions needed for my unique experience regarding an acid burn to my cornea. Samantha kindly provided me the necessary the different kind of eye drops that would both alleviate pain and address the core issue, respectively.When experiencing immense eye pain, especially in my case where it was a completely foreign experience, the Wesbrook team was reassuring and their confidence is what finally relaxed me. I called in crying and frantic, but after being talked down from the edge. They let me come in on the stat holiday. I had to Uber there because I couldn’t even open my eyes, and a member of the team escorted me from the car to office after being alerted of my arrival.THANK YOU WESBROOK!!! I could not recommend this location more. :):):)

Hands down the best optometrist office in the lower mainland! Dr. Li is amazing, you can tell she really cares about her patients and she is so knowledgeable when it comes to the eyes! My whole family goes to her, and we refuse to see any other eye doctor!Their glasses and sunglasses options are endless too, they have the best styles of frames and very affordable too. Would highly recommend!

I just swung into Wesbroook Eyecare to have my glasses adjusted. They jumped right on it with zero hassle about not being a prior customer. So kind of them!

Had an eye check up and was very pleased with the thoroughness and level of care I received. Decided to get new glasses and the staff were very friendly and patient in helping me pick out new glasses.Will definitely be making this place my go-to for future eye check ups.

Dr. Li is excellent - she is attentive, patient, friendly and professional. We had eye exams done and purchased prescription eyeglasses there. my mom and I had a wonderful experience with the doctor and staff. My mom only speaks Mandarin Chinese, everyone there can speak Mandarin in addition to English, so it’s very helpful, and made the whole process and experience pleasant and seamless. Definitely recommend this place.
