We have been very pleased with our experience with this agency. They were able to find a provider close to home, are very responsive to any questions I had. The Dayhome supervisor did regular check ins at the Dayhome and with us to see if we had any concerns.We were matched with Kawaljit - and have been so happy with the care she provides. My child was happy to go each day to her home, she was very transparent with information and shared pictures and videos throughout the day of activities and my child. There is a variety of activities which helped my child achieve his milestones. There is both independent play time as well as directed activities/reading - some of which is directed by the agency. Kawal provided ample outside time when the weather was good as well. Each day also has quiet time/nap time, as my child grew out of the nap he was still able to lay down and have some quiet time during the day. We liked that Kawal provided healthy homemade lunch everyday - we provided snacks which my child always ate. We had discussions about a healthy diet and she was very open to talking about what will work for my child as there were some food struggles we had to work on - we made it consistent at home and the Dayhome.Our child was cared for very well and looked forward to attending each day.

The best day home goes out to Memona southside, wonderful family. I would definitely refer all my friends and family. Thank you for everything Muna!

We have been with this agency for the past 2 years. The NEFDHA agency provided us with a Dayhome provider who is close to home, We are very satisfied with the service this agency has provided us!The agency has placed us with an outstanding day home, KAWALJIT MULTANI KAUR.I really love the quality of care, understanding, and patience kawal provides to our child. I highly recommend this day home facility because Kawal not only is she highly skilled, talented, experienced, educated, trained and cares for the children like her very own! I see our child pictures and videos constantly doing different activities daily that’s good for our child growth and development as Kawal continuously expose things that piques our child interest. I truly appreciate the creativity, conscientiousness, and meticulousness. I also truly appreciate how Kawal so dependable and so reliable with answering inquiries in a timely manner.She also provides an amazing vegetarian diet provides snacks throughout the day. Her home is in tip-top shape! She really helped our child meet all her milestones of learning. Thank you for the great service you have constantly provided our family Kawal and also thank you to NEFDHA for helping our family with a suitable day home !

Our dayhome is wonderful, it is the Agency itself that is not. Their communication needs work. Particularly when it comes to changes in fees. We have had several price changes since our dayhome joined the agency, and there has never been any notice or communication about the change in the fee.

Attn: Hello Agency, I am sharing my experience with one of your DAY HOME, Please review and help others to find a suitable day home. We are happy with the Agency but however, our experience with KAWALJIT DAY HOME was horrible.I was so frustrate with this lady's behavior. This lady a lair.I did not want to write this review; however, I think parents should know where you are sending your kids. If you really love your kids, please DO NOT send your kids to Kawaljit Multani Kaur Day home/ Hollick Kenyon Day Home. Find another day home or even a day care.Kawaljit lies a lot. She knows very well how to make stories. She loves to talk behind everyone including the agency’s representative which I did not like at all.She does not provide snacks or any liquid to the kids. If you provide snacks, she will not give all these to your kid as more food mean more cleaning/ diaper changing. My kid often gets constipated after coming from her day home. One day, she told me one kid needed diaper change 3-4 times/ day. So, she limited the food to avoid this. I was surprised to know this!Most of the time Kawaljit is on the phone or cleaning her house and the kids are playing by themselves and hurting themselves. My kid got severe diaper rush as she was not changing the diaper for several hours.After 3 pm kids are coming to upstairs from basement and they are forced to sit on the stairs for several hours until they are picked up and are not allowed to touch her sofas because they are so expensive. Kids will make her sofas dirty.She always screams to the kids and all kids are scared to her. She sends the kids to a punishment corner for several hours without food. One day, I saw a little girl crying a lot, Kawaljit did not even try to calm her down or did not care. That bothered me a lot. I hugged the little girl.I think, she is happy when kids are sick. If your kid gets a bit of running nose (due to coming from outside), she will make it a big issue and call you to take your kid home for several days.I am writing this based on my experience and I think parents should think twice before sending kids to Kawaljit Multani Kaur Day home or Hollick Kenyon Day Home.Yes, I am going to notify this review to the agency as well.

My daughter was with Kawaljit for 5 years and it was a wonderful experience. She was carefully selected for the following reasons:1. Very clean environment.2. Very healthy meals that fall in line with my daughters vegetarian diet.3. Great attention to detail.4. Keeps the parents very involved in the day-to-day activities of the children.5. The number of children at any one time are kept at a very small number. This allows for a more personable interaction between Kawaljit and the kids and for the development of interpersonal skills by the kids.I highly recommend this Day Home and I only wish there was an after-school program so that my daughter could continue being there.

Hi Agency, I was taking my daughter to KAWALJIT DAY HOME and my daughter was traumatized. She requested me several times for her to write a positive review but I was so truthful that my review was not in her favor. So she has deleted my review and also all other negative reviews. Agency should take an action about it. Otherwise, me and other parents will come forward and talk about KAWALJIT DAY HOME to the public. My daughter is severely traumatized. She was yelling and shouting at my daughter.The funniest thing that all the kids are new at her day home.My question is why all the kids are new if she was running her business for almost 8 years.My daughter was so scared of her and I have seen that.Agency, please tell KAWALJIT to put back all the negative reviews so that others can be beneficial.Thanks and appreciated your help.This Agency is one of the best Agency.
