Things Engraved

Very unhappy with your business. I waited 4 months to have a necklace engraved with my sons names and the clerk suggested to have the birthdays put on the back of the tags..(.it was a set of dog tags) then she after picking the engraving design and how I wanted it the cost would be $87 !!! I almost had a stroke. I had a key chain done there and it was $12. I asked her how she came to that awful expensive price and she told me I was being charged a set up fee because my necklace did not come from the store. I wasted all that time expecting to get it done and she wanted more then the necklace cost me in the first place. I thought at the most it would be $30-$35. It was only 13 letters for both names!! I'm not only angry but very disappointed with this. I should not be charged money on top of the engraving just because I didn't buy the item at the store. I'm disgusted that was even told to me. I WILL NEVER go to this store again and I will be telling everyone I know never to go here. She ruined my gift. To have 13 letters put on my tags should not be more then $13 plus tax. This store is huge rip off !!

I just moved to town and own a business. Went in to have about $150 of work done, much more to come if the quality was high. Whilst trying to design nameplates with her which took about 30 min. She said I had to hurry because people were from a wedding party and I had already taken up too much of her time!!! I am sorry because my business took your time up... I told her to stop with my order and I left. I am from a family of business owners of Hilton Hotels and the fact that the service was so bad and her attitude towards me so disgraceful...it made me not want to support this business. She seemed to have the time to converse with her husband who walked in to talk about her car though. So much for trying to shop local!

Excellent customer service and speedy service did an amazing job on my sons 1st xmas ornament

Sad that this place is closing, my go to place for christmas and anniversary gifts. They will be sadly missed.

Things Engraved is a very nice place that has a lot of interesting things that you can buy either for yourself or for other people that they would love. You can also add your own touches to it by getting an engraving into what you purchase.
