Ballantry Homes - New Home Presentation Center

Very unfortunate as I would like to say Ballantry was great for my first time home purchase, instead they have been awful. I would STRONGLY suggest to avoid any business with the company. Especially their new condo buildings. The poor execution, very sloppy and terrible workmanship and the refusal to do any repairs has been staggering.I live in the new Renaissance building on Oak Park and it has been awful so far. Main reason is a water leakage problem from the outside. I live on the 3rd floor and the builder has refused to do any repairs or take responsibility. Please be aware and avoid purchasing from this company as their quality has gone down considerably.

Great staff. Both Adam and Vince are very patient answering all my questions and providing advice. I love Faz the front desk she is such a nice lady.

I personally haven't had any issues with ballantry homes I work with many builders and I have always said that when I buy a home it would be from ballantry and I still stand by that cause they are the only one I would trust.Now yes the condo that they built in oakville did have some issues but so does a lot of things and I must say given that this was there very first condo the building looks amazing, the issues were not a lot and they didnt cheap out on many things that went into the building like other builders would do.when ever I did call the site with issues they get someone right away to fix them and that's all you can ask for.I'm on the top floor and I haven't had any issues at all and I'm actually looking into buying another house from ballantryBrennan McIntyre

Lovely staff, lovely location, beautiful sales office. My client and I are very happy with the sales team and everything. I recommend this builder to everyone.

VERY CHEAP CHEAP MATERIAL THE WORST . BALLANTRY IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER.....
