They really assisted me by making sure that I was made aware that my rent payment had arrived thru the mail and that this payment was being processed by their Accounting department. I am glad to say this information put my mind at ease knowing my payment had been received.

I was really excited when I first made the call to Royal York, I met with a nice younger gentlemen at my location everything went well. Four weeks passed after renovations were closer to complete I reached out and nothing. After some time I called the original contact number I used for the company. Long story short the person I had been in contact and met with was off or not there anymore it was not really clear. Disappointed I left my information for someone else to reach out and nothing. Sadly it looks like a great service but it seems easy to get lost in the shuffle.

I hired this realtor to find me tenants but it took him a long time to do so. I was looking for property management companies and these people came up. I always make a decision based on what other people think about the company. saw the reviews and called them at that instant. very friendly at the start of the conversation. walked me through all of their services while constantly asking them questions for each service. I got an answer for every question that I had. definitely proved me that they are the best. wow.!!

I went into view an apartment with them and was informed to submit the tenant application and 750$ as a pre-payment to secure the apartment. Whatever, it couldn't get the apartment, but I was fine with it and as per the agreement they stated that the money will be refunded to the account within 2 days and its been a week, No response to emails or calls, left VM but didn't even care to return my call. I some how got a hold of a lady who said you will receive the amount within 2 days and I asked do you even know my name, my email address or when I even did the payment. She responded the team will take care of it. WHAT?????They are SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
