Dr. Niti Sharma

Called twice… pharmacy requested refill twice and nothing… its been a week! I’m completely out of my puffer…it’s asthma medication… I’m not asking for anything crazy but to breathe… I’ve had to resort to making an appointment at a walk-in clinic… absolutely horrible!

Called receptionist today for new patients accepts or not, but as expected never picked up.So I went to clinic at 274 Hurst drive Unit 101On door it says office is temporarily closedSo next besides door all doctors were sit next room.I knocked door, Niti sharma open a door and I said are you guys accepting patients?Niti: can you please read a bord, it says office is closed. I said a door it says office is closed but it not saying that you are accepting a patients or not"She was watching me with attitude and she said "no not accepting and shut the door"Wow good experience that how doctor thinks they are smart but they are actually not."

Receptionist is absolutely use less and very rude lol. I’ve been calling for something simple and apparently you have to just call a clinic if you need something done. Way easier to just skip this place and call around.

How can we book an appointment when the receptionists do NOT answer. Absolutely ludicrous!I have been calling for over 2 hours to get through.

I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for a while now and she's great! Her staff is very friendly and I'm usually not waiting long to see her. Thanks :)

I cant even get over the receptionists to begin with, So rude and pushy. Wait and wait in the waiting room as doctor is always late. Overbooked always. poor experience as i always have to fight to get what is needed.

Dr. Sharma is amazing. If your appointment is late, it is because she takes time with each of her patient to research and explain issues. I am glad knowing she is in our lives as we start our family. She's helped me sort through a variety of issues and we trust her guidance whenever we see her.

The receptionist/Administration is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Dr. Sharma will not take any patients that suffer from chronic illness requiring any narcotic medication. She only works mornings Monday to Friday. As well as she DECIDES if she wants to take you on as a patient. Therefore, she seems to not be a doctor at all, and has no interest in helping people. But rather wants quick in and out patients to bill for quick, easy money. Such a shame.

terrible Dr. had to contact the office 4 times over a month and a half to have a requisition sent for bloodwork. She has a million patients and zero care about their health.
