I want to give a huge shout out to Paige Cyr! She was phenomenal in helping make our first buying experience exciting and stress free. She was available day and night to help us with anything we needed, even when she was in another country! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to contact her!

It's about my bad experience with Colin Hartigan and the way she Dealt with it, unprofessional respond and no respect to my time or to what I have asked for i won't come back again to the office for any business and definitely i don't recommend her to anyone else..

I was unsure about using Coldwell banker again after a less than average previous experience with a different realtor(no longer with CwB). However Paige redeemed this brokerage!I worked with Paige to purchase my home in abasand. She is everything you could want in a realtor, knowledgeable, honest, and open minded.This is my third property purchase and Paige outshined all the previous Realtors by a long shot. Her local knowledge was incredibly valuable to me. During our first viewing she pointed out a few things I wouldn't have noticed and even crawled under a patio to have a better look.She also puts up with the crazy site worker schedules and offered to work on her day off to help me do my final walk through.Don't settle for anything less, I'm glad I didn't.

I had a rental property for several years in Fort McMurray. I was from out of town and when it came time to sell he provided good recommendations to get it ready to hit market. When it came time to sell Colin Hartigan sold it in a very timely manner and for a price higher than I expected! He kept me informed of all steps along the way and answered any questions that came up. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs! Great realtor and great guy!
