FedEx Ship Centre

I live in a condo, and the first delivery person did NOT try very hard to get inside the security door without the buzzer code!! Every other delivery company shows up at my door at ANY time of day without buzzing me first.I received a phone call about giving them the buzzer code......when I tried to return the call, I was so furious with their automated answering system that I yelled at my phone!!!! Even the government has a better automated system answering the phones!!!! I tried to get through THREE times and ended up driving to their depo in Cambridge looking for my package!The people working on the counter were wonderful to deal with!! My package was still at their facility, and the whole experience at the counter was great!! They, too, are unhappy with the answering system, lolBe sure to include the buzzer code with the shipping details if you live in a condo

My online order went through Fedex unfortunately. I paid extra for the express shipping, all for the delivery drive to state fail to deliver" on the date. The driver said no one was home to receive the package. My apartment building looked into with cameras and it shows that the Fedex driver didn't even attempt to come into the building

I'll start by stating, if the only shipping option to buy from a seller is FedEx, I will look elsewhere.I wasn't home when the package first arrived and they did deliver it quickly (which is good and what I paid for) on a Friday.The delivery was then scheduled for Monday before 3pm. It did not arrive.I called FedEx and customer service stated my package was at the Cambridge location and I could pick it up, I just need to provide ID and the tracking.At the location they looked for it" which consisted of the clerk(who was polite) walking around the corner and searching on their system while catching up with a coworker. All fine.They came back after 15min to tell me the package was still on a truck and they couldn't get it.I paid the duties on it and asked if I could have it dropped off without signature. They said no. I explained that I had stayed home as it was supposed to arrive Monday and drove 1.5 hours under the knowledge that I would be able to pick it up here.And like many people

The service I received from FedEx was both utterly disappointing and inexcusable. The package I was expecting, containing critical equipment from my employer, was marked for overnight delivery and scheduled to arrive on the 3rd of July. Yet, FedEx utterly failed to honor this commitment, causing immense disruption and inconvenience. They delivered it on 8th July. I already lost 3 days of my pay.

Even looking for a smaller star than one star because the delivery service is utter worst why because I didn't get my package delivered after five days it's out for delivery then I spoke to an agent in the whole company he did the best because he reacted immediately to find what happen for him it's five stars. For the company delivery service team, it's a big zero because they didn't acknowledge the issue at least. Yet I will not use this service anymore for the international courier, and I will recommend 10 of my friends not to use this.

Paid for priority express shipping. Delayed 4 times, delivery never attempted, asked for it to be held there and they ignored the request. Arrived a week later than it should have.Another package delivered by FedEx and it doesn't show up. Still got charged duties. They can't find the package, they blame the seller and offer no help.I've never dealt with a worse company.

While the phone-based costumer service was inaccessible (I had tried unsuccessfully to get a hold of anyone over the phone ahead of my package being delivered but was constantly rerouted to an automated service or disconnection), the delivery representative who came to my door (George B.) was stellar! Thoughtful, patient, and solution-oriented to help me connect my account properly with the package. George is a HUGE positive representative for FedEx out on the delivery route. George made my day! 0 stars if I could give this delivery service that specialises in excuses and lies. No customer service although the agents in the Philippines are very professional and polite, you get the sense they are embarrassed at their companies incompetence and the cluelessness of their management. We will never use this imitation of a delivery service again. Backwards

Fedex service is getting worse day by day. Their driver now don't care about anything. I had to travel 22 kms to get my package. I had to call them to know about my package cz driver put useless doortags. Worst service.
