Aurora Cat Hotel

They were amazing and very accommodating to let me bring my cat. They played with my cat and my cat was well taken care of. My cat had fun while I was up North.Vey clean and close to home which is awesome. Would definitely use Aurora cat hotel again.

Amazing experience!!! I think my cats love this cat hotel! My best friend and my friends' friends have recommend this cat hotel for many times. Before i selected pet boarding, i visited many cat hotels to see the environment. Finally, i decided to choose this one. The owner said my cats really love making friends with other cats and they played happily. One of my cats has diabetes and needs more attention and care. The owner took care of this cat and injected insulin every day. I appreciated their care.

Thankful to have somewhere my kitty Bella could stay and be cared for while I was away. I was able to set her in a large sized room with toys and cat trees. This was the first time we used the Aurora Cat Hotel ... I chose them because I couldn't stomach boarding her in a cage for a week... here she was free to roam around in a room.. Bella is under a year old and is Bengal breed... lots of energy.Thanks again to Wendy and Co. For taking such good care!Definitely will use their service again!Highly recommend them!

I left my cat Minky at the Aurora Cat Hotel while I was away for a ten day holiday. I was very nervous to leave her as she is diabetic and requires two shots of insulin every day. The ladies at the cat hotel did a fantastic job of taking care of her! They sent me pictures of Minky while I was away in her own room since she has not interacted with other cats before. Minky was returned to me very happy and healthy! I highly reccomend you leave your kitties here while you are away and I will definitely use their services in the future!

I highly recommend Aurora Cat Hotel to any cat owners who are heading out of town, but need a trustworthy place to board their cat. We were very pleased by the environment and instantly felt our cat (who can be very particular) would be in good hands.The owners were very professional, flexible and accommodating, even when we had to make changes to the pick-up date due to nature of our trip. They were receptive to the temperament and tendencies of our cat. They also kept in constant communication with us and sent us pictures to give us peace of mind. I would not hesitate to have Aurora Cat Hotel take care of our cat in the future!

Looked after our cat for over a month and it was a great experience. They sent photos and videos when requested without delays and looked after our cat like family! Our cat enjoyed his stay there and the owners are sweet and understanding. Thank you Aurora Cat Hotel!

I had to find someone to take care of my cat last minute for an impromptu trip. That's when I found Aurora Cat Hotel. They were very nice and understanding of my circumstances and were flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule. I really appreciate them being able to pick up my cat and drop her off at late hours in the night when I could t make it home in time. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of Noka!!! We had a fantastic experience with the Aurora Cat Hotel. Wendy was super accommodating and took our cats early and let us pick them up late. The cats were happy and had excellent care while we were on vacation. I would highly recommend the Aurora Cat Hotel!

This family team was able to care for my cat who had various medical issues. They gave her medications and insulin multiple times per day and made me feel like she was well taken care of. Thank you for looking after my girl Aurora Cat Hotel :)
