Snow removal service is always late compared with others, but at least they came every time was snowing more

Exactly like below said, unreliable at all and never clear snow on time! We had to shovel ourselves even at 10:30am this morning to be able to get out after the stormy night yesterday, because they didn't even pass by at all during the night neither earlier morning!!!! Avoid!

Pour la deuxième fois, cette année j'ai décidé de faire affaire avec eux, mais celle-ci sera la dernière. Ils tardent avant de passer... je dois parfois déneiger à leur place, c'est ridicule. Aujourd'hui, nous avons eu pleins de neige, ils ne sont toujours pas passés et il est quand même 16h30... même les autres entreprises de déneigement de mes voisins sont déjà passés... Grosse déception!

Almost never clears the driveway on time for me to leave in the morning, often hasn't cleared it by the end of the day!!! Snow overnight? It'll get cleared around 10 or 11pm the following evening, on averave. Even now, during a major snowstorm, my neighbours (who all have other companies) have had multiple visits to open their driveways, some as early as 1am! Not a single visit from Landry, and it's almost 11am. Good thing I don't have to go out today, because I couldn't if I wanted to... not without spending 1-2 hours shovelling my way out. What am I paying for, if I shovel my own snow more often than not? Awful service, avoid.

Excellent. Trustworthy.

Horrible, un-reliable and un-reachable.Always the last one on my street to get service and he disappears following snow storms. Avoid ....
