Pour la deuxième fois j'ai fait confiance à Electro Masson! Bon service en magasin et livraison à l'extérieur de Montréal impeccable! Les livreurs ont installés mes laveuse et sécheuse en un tourne-main.

Bought a used inglis top-loader washer here because the way my bathroom is setup, it's been a pain to use a front end loader. They delivered it to me same day and took away my samsung. After using the inglis a couple times my girlfriend and I thought it was making a lot of noise so I asked them to come look at it. Then they took back the inglis & gave me back my samsung and reimbursed me even though on the bill it said no returns / no reimbursements. Super chill dudes, I'd recommend this place.

Bought a fridge and stove from Electro Masson and I was very very impressed with their great customer service. Friendly, understanding and really good/fair prices. I highly recommend them.

I went to buy a dryer at 9:30 am they had many selections. I bought a basic $250 model. They offer same day delivery and arrived to my house an hour and a half later. the dyer was making a lot of noise while turning so I called to tell them & they came 30 minutes later and repaired it. If you're looking for good service and quality used appliances this is the place to go!!

I bought a fridge and a stove. The fridge broke almost immediatey. I was calling to get help, they were always asking to call later. Finally i was able to talk to the person realonsible for repairs and he suggested the next day at 5:30. At 4 i texted he informed me he cant come bc i live too far. So he said he will come 2 days later at 1. At 12:45 i arrive home from work and text him, he replies sorry he doesn’t have the part. We discuss the next appointment after the weekend monday evening at 6. He the proceeds to be late and at 6:30 he tells me he can’t do anything since the fridge was not defrost. He told me to defreeze is and call back. I asked if i could buy another fridge from the store and change it, he said its not possible. Not even paying full price. this person is by the way the owner of the business, so i could not even complaine to anyone. He told me he knew what the problem was because they did not change one part in this fridge. So basically they sold me a bad one.So if you are lucky, you get a good one. But i would not risk it again.

Cela fait 13 ans depuis notre arrivée au Québec que nous faisons affaire avec André et son équipe... Wow une qualité de service exemplaire, du matériel de qualité et même après avoir déménagé sur la rive-sud nous continuons de faire affaire avec lui. Je recommande fortement son magasin et ses services, il a une parfaite connaissance des produits et une honnêteté qui se fait rare de nos jours. Merci d'aussi bien nous conseiller :)

Great service the whole way through! Very reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff, and the delivery included installation of my appliances done with care. The two guys who delivered my appliances were also very nice and helpful. One of the hoses for the washing machine was leaking droplets and they changed it for a new one. And when they saw my fridge wasn't level with the floor, they took initiative and folded cardboard to fill the gap between the hanging wheel.Important to note that they don't take credit, BUT are very flexible with payment arrangements (you can leave a deposit with them and pay the rest in cash upon delivery).Overall, highly recommend this place!
