We drink green juices and smoothies on the regular... always trying different juice bars and after trying the sweet green and the mango mojito, they either had to have been made wrong (we hope so) or they are just no good, there was absolutely no flavor and tasted like we just had smoothies with water. Very disappointed, especially since they are 10$ each. The mango mojito one was worse than the sweet green... :(

Worth the bus ride from downtown! Wraps and sandwiches, juices and smoothies, lattes, stew and chili, big salads and lots more. Quick service. I'd like to try everything on the menu.

The good: friendly prompt staff and a great kale caesar.The bad: I wanted to like a healthy vegan spot so badly we even went twice hoping the first encounter was not a fluke. Everything was meh/underflavoured except for the caesar. I had a coconut Thai bowl that was 80% romaine lettuce and white rice. Both wraps we tried disappointed and even the Nanaimo bars underwhelmed.There's so many options for plant based eats these days, this was an overpriced disappointment compared to others in Kelowna.

Definitely worth the trip! Stopped by for a coconut BLT and a latte - both were delicious. Great vibe inside with friendly staff and located right across the street from the beach. I will be back!

Huge and delicious vegan sandwiches and wraps. Also a giant cup of kombucha for only $3 - big plus. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews about service. The staff was perfectly pleasant to us and prepared our order correctly and quickly. Really nice spacious spot right across from the beach.

Beet tahini wrap was delicious. Chocolate chip mint protein shake was delicious. Friendly staff and cute interior! Will be back!I’ve also tried their non-caffeinated lattes and the turmeric is outrageously good. Had to be said.

Stopped in here for a snack and ended up have a delicious waffle. Was keto friendly and gluten free. It was the best I have ever had. The taste was spot on and all the little Nanna and strawberries on it were fresh and the cream was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful and since it was not to busy enjoyed a nice sit down late lunch. I highly recommend this place.

I saw a review that claimed they sell boring bland food. Perhaps it's a competitor leaving a bad review? This was an incredible plant based meal!Fabulous food in a bright building across the road from the lake. 1st visit I tried the Olive Bruschetta Avocado Today and a cup of Tomato Basil soup. Delish! The avo toast is a work of art too! All for $16 including tax!I will definitely be back. Often!

I’ve been vegan for 3 years and everytime i come to kelowna i give this place a chance and unfortunately I’m disappointed everytime. The smoothies here are terrible. They don’t blend them enough and the smoothies themselves are very watery. The latest incident, my 4 girlfriends and I came and only ordered a smoothie each and it took 30 minutes. Everyone’s smoothie had ice chunks and a huge date at the bottom of mine. The staff was polite but you could tell they didn’t really know what they were doing. It’s sad for me to write this because the place itself is beautiful and the idea is great but way too expensive for what you get. Won’t be recommending.
