Dealing with Capital Chrysler was quite good for me. My salesman Hadi was an easy guy, quite understanding and cooperative. I would recommend Capital Chrysler and Hadi for anyone else wants to do business with and I would as well do more shopping at Capital if I need more

Capital One is one of the worst auto shops that I have visited in the past few years. I bought my RAM (truck) in 2018, and initially their service seemed okay. However, over time, it’s getting worse, especially with the express lane. I have already had two bad experiences, both of them with the car alignment service. The first one, around September 2022, was after the alignment check. They told me that I needed to do the alignment, and that my passenger side tire was more worn out than others. I repeatedly told them that they needed to swap the worn out tire to the back. After an hour, the service manager told me that my car was ready. However, when I checked my car, the worn out tire was never actually swapped. So I asked them to swap it again, and then I had to wait for another two hours. In total, for a “quick” oil change and alignment, I had to wait 6 hours. At the time, I did complain to the service manager, but he didn’t seem to care.The second experience was around March 2023. I brought my car in for a piece of mind inspection based on the suggestion of the service department to identify any potential failed parts which could be replaced under the warranty that was going to expire soon. During that day, one of the service agents called me to say that my car had a misalignment. I told him that I had already done the realignment around 6 months ago. He said with that case, they would do the realignment for me free of charge. I didn’t pay attention to the report until today, July 4, 2023, until I brought my car in for an oil change. I realized that they never did the realignment for my car this entire time.In conclusion, they didn’t do the service they promised and offered poor services for both instances. It costed me a lot of time. I will find another auto shop in the city, and I recommend you do too.

If I could rate lower on service department I would.As usual received the poor attention and basic service and our service manager went above and beyond to attempt to discredit another review citing we only visited once.Yes with that new vehicle, we even gave them a second chance and failed.Work was to install a block heater , should have been standard with purchase.Firstly attempted to charge us $940 for install , after explaining to them this was not our fault it got overlooked on sale .This is where everything breaks down.No Communication within this department!!!!Or to customers!!!Do yourself a favor and change your service to another location.This is how the service department returns your vehicle

I was early for my appt with Max and we quickly met and got straight to work finding a family vehicle for me. The finance advisor, Deep Maiti, was amazing and the application was approved fairly quick. Service from Max was incredible! I traded in a vehicle and was fortunate to drive away with a vehicle of the same year, less mileage and minor increase to previous car payments. Such amazing work done by the team. Great experience and service. I had the pleasure of getting Sammy as my sales advisor. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership and he made the experience very easy. He helped direct me in the right way and welcomed me with open arms into the dealership. Sammy is extremely generous and definitely made this a great experience. He made sure that everything was a great fit for me before I drove off the lot, and we even had some fun by him offering to take a photo shoot for me with the new car :) I also had the pleasure to meet Erika who was a fantastic finance manager and guided me through everything I needed for the car.
