This LUSH is always top quality service, very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking for my favourites a few weeks ago and found new ones to love! I think it was Brendan (sorry if I got the name wrong) who showed me the Co-mingle scrub, which I love more and more each time I use it! He asked about my day, checked on various needs and helped me find something my wife would enjoy. Thanks team, you rock!

Onyx went above and beyond to help me get what I needed, a very sociable,helpful, person, a pleasure to get to meet them, I would go here just to have a conversation, and also try all the cool new products. Everytime im at this location the staff are helpful and fun to talk to. Its that type of socialization that is good for sales, customer service and overall fun in the store. Ten outta ten would shop here again.

I've been going to this location for several years and have always had a great experience. I absolutely love almost every product I've tried. Today I was helped by Katelyn who went above and beyond. She was super patient even with me being a PTA changing my mind a lot with what I wanted to get as a Mother's Day gift. I highly recommend the Yorkdale location if you're in the area!

Employee who helped us was a SUPERSTAR super knowledgeable about the new collection and helped guide us for a gift we were putting together for my niece who loves pink. Went so above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we got! What a lovely time.Wish I got the associates name who helped us to properly give a compliment, the employee had a Naruto headband around his neck. We shopped on January 9 at 3pm ish. <3
