Nick and his subs (Brad the electrician, Artyom the molder and Yevgeni the drywall) finished my basement.Basement was finished on the estimated time with a very good quality and also was able to help me with some other extra things I asked from him.Cost was very reasonable too.I would be glad continue working with him in the future.

Applied for old kitchen demolition and installation of new. They gave me an estimate for one day with overtime. 3 days later they dropped the work and demanded more money. Eventually I had no choice but to pay more. Quality of work was terrible, cabinets and countertop not aligned and leveled. When I started with negative reactions on FB, the owner called me and THREATENED me and my family.By the way, the other 5 star reviews came from owner's friends and these reviews are fake. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Nick is both personable and professional, as are all of the workers he employs. They remodelled a section of my basement, and I was really pleased with the work. They came when they said they would, cleaned things up when they finished working. I was happy with the finished job. I will definitely call them again and recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick at the height of the COVID.He was very professional and courteous throughout the project. He was very clear and transparent with the potential risks in the schedule, scope and cost. At the end of project the cost overrun was well within 3%. This was mainly driven by scope creep that I wanted to make. If it wasn't for the delays by the city inspections, the project would have been completed on time. Again, this risk was already identified in the beginning.Nick's workmanship and attention to detail was very good. His electrical and mud guy were also a pleasure to work with. Overall Nick and his Subs always ensured that the worksite was clean and safe the end of the day.I would definitely recommend Nick to my family and friends. I would also be sure to reach out to Nick again for my other projects.

We had Nick finish our basement. He came in, did measurements and asked questions before giving us a quote for the project. He responds quickly and walked me through the process, lessening the stress for me. All the people who came in and did the work were great people. The quality of work is great and he did it within the timeframe and budget that was discussed. We are very happy with the results!
