Most unprofessional service. All they are concerned about is to make a sale and get money. Once the delivery of the items are done, there is no support from them whatsoever. We ordered a bed frame, dresser and night stand from them. The workmanlike on the items were of the worst quality. They look worse than used furniture. The store does not care once they get the money. I would recommend no one to purchase anything from this store.

Maybe the store floor people should find a different job. They were so rude and unwelcoming that we couldn't wait to get out. I have never experienced such rudeness from a shop staff in Canada (or anywhere else for that matter). Their collection was also pretty mediocre. Much much better options available just a block or so away. We will be avoiding them; and we'll recommend others to avoid them too.

These guys are amazing! Found a beautiful looking sofa and love seat set at their showroom, was offered a custom made in the choice of my fabric. To my surprise, it was built and delivered in less than a week!! Totally impressed, great Canadian made furniture at best price. Will definitely get other furniture pieces from them.

We were looking for a new sofa set a few days ago & for the first time we shoped there. The Guy named Kamal helped us to find the set that we were looking for & even we needed some changes on the set , Kamal was so positive about it& he even made them ready for earlier than the date they supposed to do the delivery to us. We ordered a custom couch after hearing our daughter-in-law rave about the couch she purchased from In Style. We worked with a super capable sales agent who helped us choose a custom solution. The couch arrived in 6 (?) weeks and was to spec. We're very happy with the quality and comfort.

Previously I ordered a dresser from In Style Furniture and was so satisfied with the furniture and the price that I went back to order the matching bed frame with headboard. My friend who was with me ordered a chest cabinet. To my surprise when the bedframe was delivered it came in 5 pieces unassembled. I called Randeep and he said that they really come unassembled to which I replied that as a customer I should have been informed. He said that they never explain this to customers presuming that the customers know. I told him that had I known I would have requested for assembly and that I am willing to pay extra for the service. He arranged for somebody to do the job. The store needs to communicate with customers fully well so that customers are aware of what to expect when ordering furniture. For a senior like me I find it difficult to find somebody who can assemble furniture, the reason why I choose to purchase only assembled furniture or pay the store extra for assembly if they offer this kind of service.

Highly recommend this place! Bought a sectional from here. They have a good selection and are able to custom build according to your needs. Really great service by Randeep. Very friendly and he never pushed and forced us to purchase like the sales people at the big furniture stores. Prices are very reasonable, actually lower than the bigger named stores! Good quality and they deliver right into your home

We had such a great experience with In Style! We had spent weeks looking around for a couch, and couldn’t find anything that checked all our boxes and was a reasonable price. We stumbled upon In Style and spoke with Kamal. He helped us find a sectional that was the perfect size, price point, style, and was so comfortable. We purchased the couch on Saturday and it was in our living room fully assembled by just a few days later, on Tuesday. This was so impressive given many other companies were charging way more money for poor quality sofas that would take several weeks to arrive. I would recommend In Style to anyone, fantastic price and service and products.
