Had them measure & install a new quartz countertop in my home. Product was measured when they said they would measure, it was installed when they said it would be installed and it turned out amazing. Had a small issue to fix a couple of months after install and after they had payment and it was fixed fast without any questions. Great experience!

We had the Calcutta marble kitchen counter top and backsplash installed. Everyone loves it. The whole process from planning, measuring and installation was professional and all the team was very focused on doing a perfect job.Thanks Nova Countertop

Paid for a premium quartz counter and when it was installed was all marked and scratched. I would NOT recommend this company. I would give them a 0 rating.

Very professional and fair price, there install team are very good and did a great job, quick, no damage and great folks BUT why don't they just make a quick follow up call after the install to make sure all was good and thank you ? it would take 5 minutes and it seemed once they had your money and the job was done that was it, so please Nova read this and change your ways as saying thanking is always appreciated.

Horrible customer service. Went to thier store based on a recommendation from a friend. From the moment I went in to the store to the last interaction it felt like they didn't want my business. Man in store didn't want to give us time of day, probably because I was a woman with a baby in tow. When i said I was ready to order he threw a business card at me and told me to email in... ok.. so i did.. not once in the email exchange with the sales manager did he say thankyou or hello for that matter.. then told me that we had to deposit 50% before they would come measure.. but due to COVID we arent allowed in the city so i asked to pay by VISA by phone and they said they dont make money on that so I would have to come in....... they lost not only my business buy my friends as well.. shame!

OMG where to begin? From the beginning I found it odd to pay full price up front before they even measured what I needed. It took 6 weeks instead of 4 just to get it in. I had to call several times to find out what was the status of my order. Took another two weeks and me personally going in to the store on several occasions to get it done. Then when they showed up it was not what I ordered. So they made it work, sort of. Went back to see what he would do and I got sorry, stuff happens. I hired someone else to finish the job. I would not deal with these guys again.
