Big O Tires

I would not recommend. I went in to have breaks checked due to front shimmy on passenger side. Had rear breaks done two years prior. Quoted me the price and I said that was a lot higher than expected! But because needed rotors thought well ya and the way things have gone up. So needed to be done…..lesson learned to ask more questions or have someone that knows cars go with! The Jeff guy never once told me this was for front and back! Just that rotors and labor was expensive. Not very personable or helpful. I should have gone somewhere else. After all said and done I felt really stupid for not asking more questions but in the customer service side of it I think it should have been explained! So no I will never use these guys again!

Came in to get some warrenty work done. Didn't know it's now Big O Tires, they honored my warrenty and got me done in a timely manner. Excited to see them moving forward on other repairs. Definitely will be back.

Friendly and prompt, were able to set me up with new tires after I blew a tire the night before. The tires were near end of life so I replaced all four.The wheels were not balanced correctly after install. I noticed half an hour later miles away on the highway when I reached 70 mph and experienced a very abnormal vibration. Got my wheels rebalanced at a Costco later for $20 that fixed the problem.Big O also got grime and dirt all over my wheel rims during the install and didn't clean them off.All in all they were able to get me fixed up and on my way, but could have done a better job of it.

I used to be an employee here, and I can attest that they conduct their business with integrity. For example, they'll never try to tell you your tire is not repairable if it actually is in order to try to sell you a tire. They do good work here, and they've got high standards, so I strongly encourage anybody looking for a new set of tires to consider these guys.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great break room & coffee to relax while Best Tire replaced my tires. They went out of their way to help me replace the wheel lock key on my rims that I lost last year. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to BEST TIRE CENTER in the near future for all my tire needs. Most IMPORTANTLY, they have a quick turnaround time for replacing tires.

My family have bought tires through best tire for years and I came down recently to get my last two tires swapped out and I was quoted 6 hour waits both times. I was there at 9am and they said they were short staffed. This was two weeks apart, I've just called and asked if they had staff and the guy answered with a question mark whether they were hiring or not. I can't tell if Big O has messed this place up but the shy guy (not Mike) at the front desk has lost 4+ cars worth of customers... If you can't do the work, give people a straight answer.

I always had a great experience at best tire center so I was very sad when I entered and saw that this location was now Big O Tire but decided give them a chance and man I wish I didn’t.Paul sent me home with a quote for 4 new tires when I called to schedule that appointment he informed me they were out of the tires he originally quoted me but not to worry he found some the same size and actually a dollar cheaper I agreed to the new tires and got my appointment scheduled. When I arrived for my appointment 2 days later John informed me that the tires they had in stock weren’t actually the same size as what I had on currently but insured me that they’d work for my car and were similar in size, what he did not inform me is that they were smaller then the manufacturer recommended size, had he told me that I would’ve asked to wait for my recommended tire size to come in. What he also didn’t inform was that an almost $100 protection program had also been added to the quote.I called the next day to try and get a refund for the protection policy I never even asked to purchase and voice my concerns about my tire size. I spoke with Paul about my concerns, he then transferred me to the manger John who asked to “call me right back” John didn’t call me for almost 2 hours and when he did just left a voicemail stating the fine print of the protection policy saying no cancellations and that he cannot give me a refund. I called him back and asked multiple times when how and why did this plan get added to my quote in the first place because I never asked for it and it was not on my original quote. He told me over and over again that it was on the original and since I had signed the invoice (which he made me electronically sign before letting me have my copy of the invoice to read or verbally explaining what I was agreeing to before signing) there was no way I was getting refunded and basically nothing he was going to do to help me, I eventually got so frustrated being told over and over again that I was wrong and him not being able to answer my question of when and why the protection plan got added, I eventually got frustrated and hung up.I work in customer service and I would never handle an unsatisfied customer in such a dismissive and disrespectful way, it truly shows they only care about a sale and proves to me I need to take my business elsewhere and NEVER recommend Big O Tires.

If I could give this place and location a negative star I would!went in to get a front end alignment on my 99 Honda Accord about a month ago. Mechanic said it was complete drove it home and the car was still dragging to the right. I ended up replacing my outer tie rods only to find out that the jam nut was seized onto my outer tie rod, this is how I knew that an alignment was never done in the 1st place!!Took the car back to Big O Tires in Marysville on 4/17/23 for the alignment that never happened in the 1st place. It's 4/21/23 and I still haven't gotten my car back, after them telling us that they broken a few different parts and have to order the parts from out of state due to my car being old and parts are hard to find locally.I just want my car back at this point, I don't even care about the alignment and rather pay a shop who cares and can get the job done right!STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!

Just left the shop. Let me just say, these guys were awesome. Start to finish it was nothing but quality customer service. For starters they were able to locate a very rare tire for my car, when nobody else could. I had my pup with me and these guys were so good with her. Very accommodating in in every way. Professional and courteous yet made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. To be honest, with the way things have become in the retail and service industry these days, lazy, unmotivated, unfriendly and an all around I just dont care attitude, my expectations have become very low. These guys are crushing the competition with positive vibes and attitude alone. Add the motivated knowledgeable staff, the warm welcoming feeling of the place, and top notch, extra mile, customer focused service, and you got nothing but wins.Hands down the best consumer experience I've had in a very very long time. I'd give em 6 stars if I could.
