Why are you closed at 21h30 on a Monday. the closure time suppose to be at 22h00.change your time at 21h30 so people do not make a mistake because when it's a n emergency 30 minutes counts.thank you

And I thought I was getting bad service enough downtown Montreal.....!....talk aboutImporting WOKE EMPLOYEES" from the big city.....into the country....! It's as if we should just "send them money" without showing up at the store and going there to bother them. It feels like hardly nobody wants to be working there. And talk about posting the "Actual Working Hours" ; Everybody has a smart phone in their back pocket but nobody can post them properly on Google....?!?...wťF.?I guess I'll drive a bit further to the next Pharmaprix outside Chateauguay.Merry Xmas!"

I am completely mortified and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. I experienced dealing with this pharmacist. I went there to have a regular prescription filled when I received my medication it didn't look the same. So I inquired with the technician if I could speak to the pharmacist about this. She was polite and diligent and went and got him. When the pharmacist arrived I told him my concern and he was dismissive and disrespectful and told me I didn't have to buy it if I didn't want to. I was shocked by his tone and demeanour toward me for asking a simple question about the medication I was about to put into my body. You would think that a pharmacist would want to make sure that he has filled the right medication and be open to answering any of my questions. To make matters worse he didn't even give me the standard fact sheet about the medication he had given me. Luckily for me, I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and I will be able to show him what the pharmacist has given me as I don't trust this pharmacist. In my opinion, I guess this pharmacist felt he didn't have to explains himself to a black woman, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity and equally especially when it comes to their health. The pharmacist I dealt with there seems to be of middle eastern descent. I hope this is an isolated incident and you will provide your employees with proper training. Especially when they are dealing with people's health, I expected better from you.

I was a client for a while and had no negative issues. Recently I was treated by a very rude and unprofessional pharmacist. Each time he made mistakes and did not even feel bad about it. I asked him to at least make some efforts to avoid errors and to be polite and respectful. It did not yield in any positive outcome. Once not only was he rude and impolite, he proudly said that he does not know what to do (namely, he could not do his job). As a healthcare professional, I knew very well what he was supposed to do and I guided him through. He finally followed my guidelines (at least), and I received my medication. After that he threw his temper tantrum, screamed and yelled at me What`s your problem?". Intimidation is probably the only way he knows to mask his incompetency. Needless to say

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. The pharmaceutical staff is very helpful and coordinate with our family doctor so my family has the best advice possible. Store is always clean and a pleasure to visit. So I really don’t understand the negative comments. The six hour waiting comment is ridiculous and could never happen and if you want a passport photo go to a photographer not a pharmacist.

The rude customer service and it took me one hour to take my medication it's too bad to talk with people bad way

I understand that it is hard to find labour these days, but it would take the owners 2 minutes to change the hours on Google. This is unacceptable especially for a place that provides important medication.

An absolutely horrible pharmacy where the customer means nothing. They give you the wrong prescriptions. Do not do your prescriptions and then give YOU attitude when you get upset because this is the 3rd month in a row that they do not prepare your prescriptions when you take the time to talk to the girl personally. Mr. Youssef is amazing but the rest of the staff? Horrible. Plus you basically have to go through self check out because the cashier is stocking shelves. Bad, bad, bad pharmacy!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the service I have received from the pharmacist and staff this past few days… you have gone above and beyond and took the time to help and showed so much compassion to me and my family who are going through a very tough time with my brother, who has just been diagnosed with stage 4 advanced cancer. The effort you put in to fixing his medication and making sure it would be ready every day has taken a lot of pressure off our shoulders. For the Pharmacist M. Mahmoud…thank you so much, I will never forget your dedication and compassion for my brother and our family. Thank you!
