Order full truck of gravel almost week aheadCalled day before to confirmWas told delivery will be 9;30-1030Called on delivery day at 12:20 to be told at least hour for delivery7 workers was standing doing nothing lost almost 1k that I had to pay to guys that had nothing to do…..only thing they told me is sorry sorry that is costing me 1kNOT RECOMMEND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If I could give it a zero Ii would.....Ordered a ready soil yellow bag on Monday April 7th 2019. Call Center Rep, told me I would get my order on Tuesday. It did not arrive and I called again on Wednesday and again another Rep, told me that it would arrive on Thursday. Once again it did not arrive. Spoke to them again on Friday. They told me that it was on the truck and that they would call dispatch for me. Again I had to call cause apparently it takes 3 hours to call your dispatch. A side note every time I called they flipped me 3 to 4 times between different Reps. Finally in speaking to the sooooo called Manager Max, He told me that all of his call staff were only on the job for one week like it's my problem. Then he told me that the only compensation he could offer me was updates of when it would arrive. They wasted a lot of my time throughout the whole week. I am not big on leaving customer reviews but after outstanding customer service fromJoe Orsini at draglam waste I felt comfortable and gained more knowledge on what waste bin I needed for my banquet hall renovation .Joe even answered my calls and questions on a Sunday!!!

Rediculous people skills. Their employee screws up and after you complain about it to a supervisor, they call your company to complain about you. Pathetic and totally unprofessional.

I dealt with Gianni who couldn't have been more professional or helpful. He even answered my concerns over the weekend.Great company to deal with.Thanks, Gianni!

Draglam I use when I need a bin. As a contractor I need people to stick by their word. Whenever I need a bin they come when they say they are going to come. It's a pleasure working with Draglam for waste and bin services.

Applied for a job. HR called then I called to schedule an interview. Ghosted me. Unprofessional.

SOO RUDE. I missed a confirmation call, not knowing it was a confirmation call, and so i called back saying i received a called and the woman literally went 'ok' and then she was like 'its a big company did you order something'
