Stefano was very professional and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond from what we originally hired him to do (checked one specific issue in our house). He carefully inspected the entire house, was not rushing with the inspection, and took us through all the problems small and big, and how to rectify them. I highly recommend Quantum for your inspection needs! (Also very unbiased in his advice - no pushing any specific home service companies, etc.)

We were trying to understand what was the best course of action with a chimney repair as the masonry companies provided us with quotes that ranged from $1K to $16K. Stefano helped us understand what the issue was and what course of action is best to take. Amazing!

Stefano was amazing! I was blown away by how meticulous he was with his investigation. He even gave cautions on angles of shower doors and the showerhead direction. Everything from big things like the roof and pipes to small things like cupboards not being flush and missing caulking. Most of all, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He's a very humble, affable and genuine individual who is an expert in his field. I even called back a few weeks later and he could not hear well when I mentioned who I was but answered my inquiry with passion and knowledge. What a sincerely lovely human being! I whole heartedly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home.

Did a sloppy rushed inspection and refused to commit in writing to fixing. Missed very obvious issues like damaged interior doors and outlet grounding. Did not test heat distribution as agreed and when confronted, sent screenshots of the reading while insisting he didn't cut corners in the written report

Stefano is the most professional home inspector that I have ever seen. He is absolutely committed and seems to love his profession so much that he strives to excel in it. His home inspections are very detail oriented and meticulous. He is very friendly, courteous and soft spoken. He has the latest technological devices at his disposal like the drone cameras, infra red cameras, Air Quality monitors, humidity meters etc to give you a very detailed report of your home. But what i like most about him is his astute observation skills and his attention to even the most minute of problems. He clearly explains to us the technical details of each problem that he finds and he also proposes the best solution which will help us to resolve it within our budget. His vast experience in this field and in-depth expertise is clearly visible in the detailed report that he provides at the end of the inspection. I have used his service twice and both the times, I felt that I have received much more value than what I paid for. He utilises every second of the alloted time slot for inspecting your home. And if you have any doubts, he clarifies until we are satisfied. To summarize, he is a top class professional. I would always recommend Stefano for any home inspection without any second thoughts.

Stefano started our experience with a prompt and concise email response, addressing all my questions and confirming a quick turn around appointment.He showed up on time, was polite and friendly, explained what he was doing and showed us the results as he performed his checks, and even walked through our house to make recommendations and explanations for factors unrelated to our original concerns.
