Bought a new suit for an upcoming wedding. The person I dealt with was Brandon and he was really helpful. One little mistake was they forgot to send my suit out to have it tailored so it took an extra week to get it back but they made up for it. Special thanks to Mr Eli.

I went this location twice and never got any help. They didn't even notice me as they always have young almost teenagers sales rep there. But, thanks to Moores at Trainyard. They always offer help and ask you what you need.

This store was my husband’s go-to place, but is now his gone place. He was not impressed with his latest visit. He walked in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was greeted by a lady who immediately took a measurement and quickly said there was nothing on the racks that would fit him and that it would have to be custom made. He left with the feeling that there was nothing there for him. He went to a different company and was greeted by a friendly kind server, which led him to make his $700 purchase there. MOORES, we’ve moved on.

I went in looking for a suit to my school prom and I was directed to the tailoring lady who was super rude and unprofessional she asked if I was renting in a “you look poor” kind of way, even though I I’m buying a new tailored suit. She told us to wait while she answered her phone so me and my brother left. She needs to fix her attitude. We ended up spending $700 at tiptop tailors,

We had a great experience here! We went here to get our son’s grade 8 grad suit and Reese and Bridget (I think that was her name) were so kind and so helpful. Not only were we in and out but they both went above and beyond to help us out. Reese listened to what my 13th year old was looking for in a suit and listened to our price range and wasn’t pushy at all. He was attentive and sweet. Bridget helped us find a missing store credit we had with Moores and didn’t make us feel like a chore. She was more than happy to do so. Very kind people. We have been to a couple Moores locations in Ottawa and this is by far the best one! Highly recommend!

Recently rented a suit at this location, not only was the staff extremely helpful and accommodating but they helped me out of a tough situation to make sure I got to pickup the suit on time. Honestly couldn't talk highly enough. Amazing service and will be returning.

The store is not without issues as no place can claim to be. It's a store, they sell stuff. Thats usually the end of the story but I have to go out of my way to say that Brigitte ( hope I spelled that right) is the absolute cornerstone of this place. I hope management truly appreciates what she does as I would not make the long drive from east of Ottawa based on anything else, but I will knowing she will be there to make my experience absolutely amazing! Thanks again Brigitte!

the quality is good but the service is so bad when I was trying to return some items, the staff was so rude to me and the guy was smelling the shirt like airport security then he told me took the stuff back to the branch where you purchased the items, I will never go back to this branch

came here with my husband and the young gentleman Jawad was the best sales rep we could ask for! super friendly and professional, he sold my husband a 3-piece that had outstanding quality. it also looked custom made and my husband was very satisfied!! would totally come back here just to have a chat with Jawad again. what a bubbly and sweet guy! Jawad if you’re seeing this my husband Matthew says thanks for the top tier service! he will definitely be coming back for more suits in the future :)
