I was originally quoted $450 IN STORE. That included labour, padding removal/replacement, and the exact stock carpet. After the worker went out and saw the property (measurements had not changed), he quoted me $750. I understand the original quote was subject to slight fluctuation but not $300 difference, with no reason given.The emails back and forth were not professional. I asked when I could get them in to do the work and they told me their next available date. I asked to book that date and to be added to a cancellation list. Almost a week went by without confirmation/reply. When I inquired as to the status I was rudely told as I said

Johnny did tile with a heat system in our sun room and we love it. Customer Service was excellent from the girls in the showroom to Johnny laying the tile and cleaning up. The store had lots of companies and styles to choose from. Enjoyed my entire experience, I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
